Ron and Kim provide excellent service. They told me it would be a wait and their wait estimate was spot on. In the interim, we worked on design with Ron showing me pictures and bringing samples of the materials to confirm everything in advance of the installation. They asked questions as they installed, were neat and brought their own portapotty! No COvId worries and ultra polite the whole time. End result was exactly what I wanted, what we had jointly designed, and installed with great care for endurance and care about water/flooding. Not cheap - but done very very well....so I feel the quality makes the price a good value. Beautiful job from start to finish! Kim asked all the right questions when she designed our landscape. What colors we liked for flowers and shrubs, what type of maintenance we could fit in, the look we were seeking, etc. Her design was right on. She provided a computer aided design for us, a detailed budget and a written contract! Then came the installation. The team that does the install were professional, very detailed and did a great job with the plants. They used Kim's design as their guide, and finished ahead of schedule. They did not leave one weed or scrap behind. Lastly, they provide detailed instructions on upkeep. Ron the owner is the most professional creative man you will ever have the pleasure of working with. His attention to detail from beginning to end is impeccable and your end results to your dream backyard space will leave you breathless. Unlike most home projects he will deliver results on time and schedule, handles last minute changes and designs with patience. My bare backyard with not a single plant has been designed into an oasis of trees, bushes and flowers that actually survived considering my rocky and windy landscape I couldn't keep anything alive on prior to him taking over. He created a fun patio for us completed with a fireplace and waterfall. We contracted Picture Perfect for a second time because they were so great to work with the first time when we moved into our new house 9 years ago and needed full landscaping design help. At that time, Ron met with us and made several suggestions on the design, then we met at the nursery to review plantings. This was our 1st year using Picture Perfect Landscape for decorating our extra large, outdoor Christmas tree. We recently started our search for a landscaper to do an area in our front yard- rock, mulch, and plants. Other then knowing that's what we wanted, we had no idea where to go from there.
