No circuit board, gear box, cover, etc. The frame and elec motor only. They said they would find me another. It's been 2 yrs and 4 months now. I called once a week the first year and then every 2 weeks there after. Nothing. The lady with an accent is rude and un-caring, the owner un-available. The only bright spot was a helpful female sales associate, which now it's been so long I wish I could remember her name. Go with Douglas Doors in East Hartford as I've used them since with great satisfaction.
