The groomers are located in the back of the pet Store. The service was impeccable from the moment we stepped in until the time we grabbed our fur baby. Everyone was friendly and the groomers did a fantastic job with our baby. They gave her a clean cut along with a good bath. I love the fact that this place is a one stop shop. I am frustrated that they did nothing to reach to me, they advised they texted me on Wednesday November 16th at 1:09pm. That is false information, I did not receive anything text or calls. (I am still waiting for proof) As well they did not have a post posted on their front at the time of drop off on Saturday November 19th at 8am. These owners are only in it for the money, they do not do anything to work with the customers except to be childish and unprofessional. They will lie through any circumstance just so they can be correct and to save their asses. I understand family emergency's happen but the fact they can't own up to their mistake of not reaching and going off on a customer that is frustrating, blows my mind on the way they reacted and presented themselves.
