We opted for mobile grooming because this was during the pandemic and brick-and-mortar dog grooming places were not open. This groomer was great! She pulled into our driveway with her big truck, and she wore a mask and our dog went right to her. She is really good with dogs. It took about two hours for our dog to get a full grooming treatment (remember, our dog is super furry and hadn't been groomed for a while), but when our dog emerged from the grooming truck, he looked beautiful! His coat was literally gleaming. We were so happy. I highly recommend Wags to Whiskers for pet grooming, especially if you are looking for a convenient option (they come to you!).

I would definitely recommend pleasant paws to anyone looking for a vet and I'll update this review after upcoming visits if anything changes!

My dog is not neutered yet based on the recommendations from my vet and his breed (LAB) he is under a year, well he could barely walk his privates we sooooo swollen and blood red, the owner stated she WAS going to take him to the vet but she knew I would be back in a day or 2 so they neglected to have him treated, they threw a cone on his head they claimed. I also noticed he had marks on his head and he was so skinny I could count his ribs, now he is lean but not like that.. I immediatley took him to our Vet and that is where we learned he had been attacked by another dog, these were bites that he had and the infection from lack of treatment was out of control, he had a fever, necrotic skin and was in obvious pain. Of course I reached out to the owner and she was going to look at the video and promised to call me back to let me know what happened, shocking I have yet to hear from her after calling myself and a month later. I will be holding them responsible for the money because they did not follow protocol and have him taken care of, this happened on their watch. Now I know accidents happen, but that being said it was on them to have him treated until I got home, had he been treated the infection would not have been as bad as it was. He now has to be neutered and part of his damaged scrotum removed as well. BAD BUSINESS! Acting as if they had no idea what happened to him, he also was very skittish when he came home and just not himself.. I doubt they even fed him because he looked awful.. Stay away they do not know how to treat animals there and should be closed!

I gave them a huge bag of dog food and a cup to measure his food (he gets twice a day) and got no food back and my dog was sick. This was the last time I trust them with my baby. Once before he got kennel cough. And after talking to others, their dogs also had issues and kennel cough after staying there. Don't take your dogs there. BEWARE!!

Unfortunately, over the years, the level of service has declined. I can't be sure, but I don't think they still house community cats or cats that are available for adoption. The basic exam that they do couldn't take longer than 30 seconds because all 3 of our cats were in and out in less than 5 minutes. They all received vaccines and had the brief exam done within that timeframe. The checking out process took much longer. Following COVID and the protocols that changed, I just don't feel like things ever got "back to normal." I understand that this is an animal care facility, but it was truly disgusting and especially rank the day that we went in there. I would hope that someone mops daily, but the floor looked like it had definitely not been cleaned in a week. The nature of the business is likely to explain the mess, but some efforts to air the place out a bit would be appreciated. The staff are all really friendly and the cost, though it has gone up steadily over the years, is still the most affordable that I've found. You simply cannot beat a good deal on the necessities.

They said they would rather have us there to calm her down than to put a muzzle on her which I really appreciated. She's normally anxious around new people and when we went to pick her up she seemed completely okay. I was very nervous as this was her first vet visit (with us at least) and I couldn't be happier. We're going to monitor Nova over the next couple weeks to make sure everything goes smoothly. Other than that, I definitely recommend coming here.

What I got instead was a bill for $734 for bloodwork and a few injections, and an estimate of $2,500 more just to keep her on IV fluids. Here's what breaks me: I bought that same IV bag for $43. Even factoring in professional time, supplies, and overhead, it's hard to understand how that turns into thousands of dollars. In the end, the message was simple -- if I couldn't afford it, I could take my dog home and hope for the best. I don't say this with anger, but with sadness. I respect what veterinarians do -- you carry lives in your hands, and I know that takes skill and dedication. But when compassion becomes unaffordable, something in the system is deeply broken. Most people aren't looking for a handout; they just want a fair chance. There has to be a way for clinics to make a living without pricing love out of reach. Because for many of us, our pets are family -- not "just animals." They trust us to fight for them. And we walk out of these offices feeling helpless, ashamed, and defeated when money stands in the way of mercy. Maybe the system can't be fixed overnight, but I hope people start asking why a $43 bag of fluid turns into a $2,500 price tag -- and what that says about who we've become. Respectfully, Scott Breedlove and his sidekick Lucy (No medical degree -- just a man doing everything he can to save his best friend.) In Memory of Lucy I've gone back and forth on whether to post this, but my heart won't let it go. Back in June, my dog Lucy had blood work done. The vet said he saw some things that "looked off." But I never got that call -- no message, no warning, nothing. Now, after losing her, he tells me he "left two voicemails." Funny thing is... my voicemail hasn't worked for over a year. Then he said, "Maybe we emailed you." There's no email either. What that means is this: he knew something was wrong and didn't make sure I knew. And now she's gone. I'm not asking for money. I'm not out for revenge. I just want people -- especially vets -- to remember that what you do, or fail to do, affects real lives.
