We did initially use an online company but encountered some issues which were difficult to resolve so were keen to find a local firm that we could engage with. And have! Everyone that we deal with is extremely nice, very helpful and willing to do that little bit extra. Our recent order was slightly delayed due to a mix up on their part and they were very keen to make amends in some tangible way. The delay, while disappointing and a little inconvenient was not time critical and this gesture was very much appreciated.

This cute little shop is set in the heart of Otley and is really handy for a few reasons. When I…read morepopped in I was looking for thread and sewing machine needles, which I got for next to nothing, so that was great. They have a number of different colour threads, different sized needles, knitting needles, a hoard of different buttons and more! They also have lots of wool on display of different colours and varieties. The other handy thing that Wharfedale Embroidery do is printing onto hoodies and t-shirts. The examples on show were all business related as such, with work t-shirts and logos printed on hooded jackets. However, I'm guessing if you simply had your own design you wanted to print then that might be alright too! All in all a really handy little store for craft people, with a friendly helpful service.
