High tech booth - different than what I have seen at other weddings, definitely a few levels above the basic photo booth vendor. Planning/logistics - I researched and called a few vendors and this company was one of few that has insurance (which was required for the wedding venue). They were responsive from initial contact. From start to finish it was extremely easy to work with Kande. We were able to book instantly online to secure the date. My friend had a few changes last minute and they were able to accommodate. Day of the wedding, the staff was professional and friendly. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience. My latest experience with Kande was by chance that they were at a movie premiere that I attended. I love their social media kiosk - they had animated gifs which was a nice change from a regular booth. My guests and I were able to post photos immediately onto facebook. Friendly and fun staff. They gave us ideas on how to pose and was entertaining all the guests the entire night. I highly recommend Kande for any event. Their product offering is definitely more unique and has a lot more capabilities than the more basic standard photo booth vendors. It was awesome to see them at a corporate event too. Our venue was reasonably strict about props (no glitter, no water, and nothing that could damage the floors or make clean up difficult), but Chris Meyer reassured me that those guidelines were very common and worked with us to make sure there was a wide range of fun props that would entertain our guests. You were professional, courteous and punctual. The pictures you took of our wedding and surrounding events were beautiful. We received so many compliments from our guests when you posted our pictures online. But, that was over a year and a half ago and today, I have to rate you 2 stars because dealing with you over the prints and our photo album - which we finally have in our possession as of today - was one of the worst experiences I have had from our wedding. We paid for the album in full because we trusted you to do an excellent, timely job as you had shown leading up to and during our wedding weekend. That was mistake #1 on our part. Mistake #2 was being understanding and flexible with you when you were late in getting back to us and late finishing up the album. When we got our album back the first time in June, we were surprised that we were disappointed with about half of the prints. The images we had proofed and approved online did not look the same as what you printed. We tried to work something out, but you never agreed with us that the prints looked bad and therefore you didn't go out of your way to ensure that we were ultimately happy with the album for the price that we paid (which happened to cost more than your photography services!). So now we're left with an album of which half of the prints we don't like at all. At least we own the digital files at this point so we can print everything ourselves. Unfortunately, I won't be able to recommend your services because your follow-through with printing the album was less than professional. We hired you to do the complete job and while you did a great job the first half, you really disappointed us in the end.
