The experience was exceptionally educational. We spent three hours at Barrington Hall in Roswell. The first hour was a powerpoint preso explaining various camera settings all about getting the right light and metering the a shot. The next two hours were spent with models in various poses in settings on property. With explanation and hands on assistance throughout the shoot. I have to experiment with the my take-aways from this workshop before I sign up for the next one, but feel confident that I would want to work with Mike and his team again.

Adult fall classes--running October 6th through December 13th--are also available, covering both visual and ceramic arts. Each class is taught by individual instructors, making it approachable for students of all levels. Best of all, online registration makes it simple to sign up. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that such a wonderful resource has been right in my neighborhood all along.
