So I came in here once to buy a T5 light - $120 including tax and the bulbs which I heard is a…read morelittle over priced but I didn't really shop around and just bought it, also came with a 5 year warranty. After a few months one morning two bulbs were out, at first I thought it was the bulbs so I tried my other set, and nope it was the ballasts. I called ahead to see if they would help me out and they said to bring it in and they'd exchange it. Instead of a new one, they gave me a refurbished one that someone had returned before, they send it out, get it fixed, and give it to the next person who brings one back. Which I thought was kinda weird, I don't know how old/how long it was used/ or anything like that. And I figured with a warranty I could get a new one. But at least I was able to bring home a light that worked the same day. They're okay but not my favorite in the area.
