Shockingly, I was informed that I had supposedly canceled my appointment in September during a call that never even took place. It is a blatant fabrication on the part of Piedmont Endocrinology to cover their own mistake of reaching out to the incorrect number. Rather than acknowledging their error, they chose to shift blame and refused to take any responsibility.
What followed was truly astonishing. Instead of rectifying their mistake, the staff at Piedmont Endocrinology went a step further and banned me from their office. This heinous behavior demonstrates that their priority lies in protecting their own ego rather than providing the care and service their patients deserve. It is utterly unacceptable for any medical establishment to treat patients in such a heartless manner.
