The parking lot was completely empty, which should've been my first clue. I walked inside and was greeted by the deafening sound of absolutely nothing. No "hello," no "can I help you," not even the courtesy of a suspicious glance. The staff appeared to be strategically positioned around the store doing everything in their power to avoid looking like they were working. Everyone seemed old enough to remember when riding mowers were pulled by horses, and somehow the store had less energy than a library at closing time. If you wander around long enough, you'd forget if you were a customer or just a ghost haunting the premises. It's sad that the Wendy's down the street have more personality, enthusiasm,--and they're serving square hamburgers for a living. At least Wendy's acknowledges that you've entered the building. If you're looking for lawn equipment AND need to do deep research find out why this place has less than 2 stars, this is apparently the place for you. If for some mental reason you decide to purchase something from them, don't forget they'll hit you with a 3% credit card surcharge. Nothing like passing on the consequences to the customer.

Deck height adjustment falls off almost immediately and starting problems bring out wildest excuses such rodents in the wiring even when there's no evidence of nesting or frayed wiring. They've gotten lots of money from us over the years, but no more. Run, do not walk, somewhere else.

Went to many dealers before I purchased a Massey Feguson 4608. 80 hp with some "ass" to knock down…read moretrees and do utility and construction work. Had the dealer fabricate a plate to protect the loader hydraulics. Did a perfect job. With the tractor I purchased a heavy duty 84" box blade and heavy duty grapple and factory massey loader. I think the box blade fell off the truck from the vendor. Very nice heavy duty woods brand box blade. Dealer gave me touch up paint. All was good. I had some warranty issues but dealer stepped up on 3 occasions. Their mobile mechanics were awesome. I recommend this dealer without reservation. Make sure you talk to Steve Mallory in sales. He is very knowledgeable and understands customer service. Massey Ferguson corporate followed up with me and left messages. I was impressed with Massey. I am used to dealing with total idiots at verizon cox and direct tv. It is refreshing to know Massey actually cares. Nice job.
