I, also, offered to pay upfront but was told that it wasn't necessary. I came to pick them up and was told they weren't ready. She also said that she hadn't ordered the mat board, yet. She also told me she had taken another job which she felt was more important, and she would have my job done next week. That didn't happen. She had gotten sick. I came in a week later. I wasn't in the best of moods. I was a bit upset that it took so long and told her so. She explained what had transpired. She, also, stated that matting images weren't profitable, that she was only doing it to help out. At that point, I lost my temper. I told her since she didn't seem to be able to stick to a schedule, I wouldn't be back. I did tell her that I would leave a negative review on yelp. Once again, she does good work but my experiences with her have been less than stellar as to keeping to self-imposed deadlines.
