So asked if I could set up a time to gave someone help me load on my truck they no it's your responsibility. So my wife and I had to take it apart and load are self. A customer saw what we were doing and said I wish I could help. But no help from staff . After spending close to 2000 dollars . I thought a couple strong people could help for 10 minutes .? But no . So again terrible service . They should be ashamed .
