Hahaha Today I got delivered a queen over queen bunk bed for my log cabin on little Sebago. This line of furniture is no joke! Solid real wood made by the Amish. We already own bunks and beds at another location so I knew I would buy these again and only have to buy them once for the remainder of my days as the quality is solid. The reason for this review is to point out the delivery crew. I believe all other companies guys would have got back in the truck and went home when we realized this monster was not going up the staircase. Instead we brainstormed and we took apart wooden side rails on the staircase. We got the bed into place and I guarantee the beds going to be there forever. It looks like one big building and two houses attached. We entered and decided to go right and off we went. We were just blown away by how many different styles of bedroom, living room, and kitchen furniture options there were under one roof! They have specialty areas like an area for just bedrooms which was very extensive from the main floor down into the basement all kinds of configurations to choose from, then there's the recliner section which has all shapes and sizes, we even found a recliner that fits my husband of 6'6! They offer free delivery throughout New England! Across the room was their art section that was tastefully displayed in small walls that turned like pages in a book! Awesome way to display everything they have to offer. They also decorated each room as well. Then there's the sign hallway where you can find all kinds of verbiage for your home whether it's house rules etc r humorous sayings they have it. There's a room filled with rugs of all shapes and sizes as well as custom cuts! The kitchen area had something for all sizes of kitchens where table leaves are hidden in the table! I took like a thousand pictures because we could not believe the amount of items and how it kept going on and on. We will be back because we found a chair for the man, a new kitchen set up for the family, and some sarcastic art work I want hanging in my house! There is no sales tax and the prices were below what we have seen in Portland. If you need furniture or maybe some ideas, it is well worth the adventure over to NH for a day trip. After I had spent some time in the store, my husband walked in with our clearly marked service dog. The owner immediately pounced on him and said there are no dogs allowed in the store. My husband informed him that it is a service dog. The owner said "I don't believe you. What is he a service dog for." My husband pointed out the dog's collar and tag, and reminded the owner that it is against the law to ask that question, as no one has the right to ask for any medical/mental health information-that is federally protected information. The owner instantly shot back"I'm the f*ing owner and I can ask anything I want." Irate, my husband took the dog and left the store. As I was already in line with my items (balls and toys for the dog included), I contemplated buying them anyway until the owner and his wife-who didn't know we were together-continued to bash my husband saying things like "Service dog my ass" and "what is THAT little dog going to help him with?" I dropped my items and went to walk out of the store. My daughter said to the man that we were going to buy the items FOR the service dog, and the owner and his wife both began to scream at her. As we walked out his last words were a very sarcastic "I'm sure I'll go broke. " These people obviously need to be instructed regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act and Hippa laws. I chose to make two ghosts. My daughter made a pumpkin and a ghost. Can't wait to see how these turn out. I brought my computer in for repair in November and was told the repair could be done once a part…read morewas ordered. After waiting, we contacted the business and were told the part order had been canceled and needed to be reordered. This same issue happened two more times, with zero communication to us each time -- we only found out because we called. We contacted the business multiple times and were often told the repair technician was not available. After more than 60 days, we finally received a call claiming they had never received any messages from us -- despite the fact that they still had our computer. Reluctantly, we agreed a fourth time to proceed with the repair, only to be told that the original part would not work and that a more expensive part was now required. After that, several more weeks passed, and 3-4 messages were left with no response. When we finally spoke with Dylan in Tech, he placed the blame on us and denied that we had made multiple attempts to contact them. This lack of accountability and communication was unacceptable. I would not recommend this business and will not use them again. We have since contacted another computer repair business in Laconia, and the difference in professionalism and respect has been night and day.

He also talked to the person who worked on my phone and made sure that he knew how easy a customer activation was, that he should never charge a customer for a job half-done, and when there's a question, don't assume and bring it to him. I have to say that he wanted to make everything right with me on that negative experience and I told him that he already had. With success comes growth and with growth comes issues. I know that most issues are people issues. In the end, I am fully accepting his apology and explanation. I will give them another try, I'm sure, in the future, and I look forward to seeing the improvement....
