I was told I could walk in & get a flu shot without an appointment. Nope - you have to call a # to register yourself as a patient. And they will not register you while you're standing right there. I called, registered, came back. Oh, apparently staff leaves at 3pm on Fridays. Perhaps your hours of operation should reflect that bc the person on the phone told me to come on in. Make this your last choice if you have to use Grady outside of their trauma center. Front desk staff genuinely doesn't GAF to actually communicate properly. It shouldn't be this hard to get a flu shot.

This location is not my normal doctors office but they had an opening so I took it. The building is spacious, light, modern and fresh. It has a lot of sleek and modern features. It has more than one waiting area with comfortable seating. Their was virtually no one in the waiting room other than myself. You can check on using a kiosk or at the front desk. They had two associates at the desk who presented a smile and was polite and cheerful. I didn't have to wait as they called me within 5 minutes. I was sent by Nurse Practitioner Tiffany Hamilton. She was very professional, acted like she cared and expressed empathy when she saw my pain and distress and advises me on what caused it and how to resolve it. She also a sent a message to my PCP to contact me for further review of my situation. I appreciated that. I couldn't walk and she got me a wheelchair to go to the lab. The lab department was professional as well drawing blood quickly with as less pain as possible. This was a great experience and I appreciated their being quick.

The manner he was doing it was as if he was laughing at me for coming in for a uti. A uti is a common issue that is completely normal for both men and women but this man made me feel as tho I was just dirty and this is completely unprofessional. The doctor I saw was professional, nice and efficient, but the male medical assistant is a prime example of why people do not want men working in healthcare. They are unprofessional, immature and lack the common sense to know how to act in the presence of a patient. As someone who works in healthcare and does the exact same thing he does, this was very disheartening.

A lady came to the door to unlock it and the patient went inside. I came in after, but noticed the sign on the door stating you have to wear a mask. I asked the other patient if she was able to check in and she said the lady who let her in advised there was no physician available and there is "no telling how long she will be waiting". I sat for maybe another 5 minutes and still no receptionist to come to the front, but you can clearly hear someone speaking in the back. This prompted me to leave and seek care elsewhere just due to the lack of professionalism. This is a medical facility, a place of business, where patients are coming to you to seek CARE. You won't even come to the front to check me in or brief me? I'm inclined to believe they didn't want to be there or provide care. It felt like they wanted us to go elsewhere. I just had a bad feeling, so I left and went to Piedmont Urgent Care across the street which was open and ready for business. Shortly after, the lady who I saw earlier came in as well. They still charged me $50 for doing basically nothing. When I got to the ER (after waiting there for hours), they did not even stitch me up and used skin glue instead to close the wound. The ER expressed frustration for me, saying that urgent care easily could have done that for me. So, I am pretty upset with my experience here and will not be back.

I apologized immediately and explained it took me an hour and ten minutes on the road at rush hour which was unusually heavy . The receptionist told me to wait in the waiting room for what turned out to be an additional 6 minutes while she slowly sorted out someone's health insurance card. Then when she was finished, she summoned me from the waiting room and said she'll ask the doctor if I can be seen. I asked her to let him know I arrived 6 minutes prior and hoped for a little flexibility. She scoffed at this as if I hadn't arrived at 6:10pm instead of 6:16pm. Probably 6:17 by the time she spoke to the doctor. After this, she returned and seemed to take pleasure in the fact that the Doctor wouldn't see me. Zero flexibility or understanding despite it never being a problem to make a patient wait for extended periods when they have an appointment. Check the patients experiences on G oogle reviews and you'll see what I'm talking about. Not cool. Won't ever be back.

That was a very weird to me and her whole demeanor was off. then she proceeded to say we had to pay another $250 for her to be seen in addition to the 250 we just paid for self-pay. I told her I wanted my money back and I was gonna go to another facility and I felt that her whole attitude was rude if they had told me from the beginning that I couldn't go back there with my daughter I would've stayed in the waiting room, but that was never told to me. Had a appointment today for my yearly mammogram…read more The appointment was for 8am and I was told I needed to be there by 7:30. Check in was smooth and easy, and then I was told that they had to allow the machines to warm up before they could do my mammogram. Guess 30 mins isn't long enough, because we didn't start the exam until about 8:15. The tech told me it takes like 10 weeks to get the results back. Overall, staff friendly and when I left about 8:30 there was a few others in the waiting room, but I felt good knowing that I had gotten the machines all warmed up for the rest of the day.

I arrived by Uber as they were closing, Jasmine was so kind she opened the door to ask what I needed. She could tell my frustrations and had me come in and sit. She took my paper work to the Admin Kim and he made a few phone calls for me. Jasmine had to leave but they allowed me to stay in the lobby to figure out what my work would like me to do. I hadn't ate in 24 hours and the staff gave me some crackers and water, then the gentleman even took me back to the airport so I didn't have to get an Uber. I wasn't even a patient, other staff members checked on me when in the lobby. I've never felt so much kindness in one place. If I lived here and ever needed imaging done I would go here. They have an amazing staff and it's ran like a business should be. Great job!
