I had an appointment in this office and bloodwork was ordered. The doctor did not offer to mail the results but scheduled a telephone appointment to give me the results. The call was 2 minutes and they billed my insurance $69 dollars to tell me my tests were normal. I was never informed this call was a doctor appointment that I would be charged for or that I was speaking to the doctor. I called the office and asked if they could submit a RX refill to the pharmacy. I didn't need a consult because this was a medication I have been using for some time. Again I found out the doctor office billed my insurance $69 just for me calling asking for a refill. I was never told I was speaking to the doctor and didn't ask for one. I learned my lesson. I guess this doctor sits by the phone and answers it so she can bill a telehealth appointment when you havent asked for it and don't know you're getting one. read more
