This is my second experience at this Urgent Care and I have to give it 10s across the board. I had an entirely new staff this round and still had SUPERB service. It is so frustrating to come outside ESP in the cold when you are sick and deal with people. The receptionist with pink hair and my PA Lindsey were so kind and helpful. And Lindsey did not judge me even though I CLEARLY should have been done an allergy test a long time ago lol. I got checked out and got a referral to an allergy clinic. This location is clean, my wait wasn't long and I'm just grateful to have had such a positive experience while I'm here feeling like shit. THANK YOU URGENT CARE!!! I hope you all have an amazing day. Don't go here! Everyone is rude and incompetent. I have gone here over the years because they are so close to where I live and they consistently disappoint. The front desk person is so rude and nasty - she should not be working here. Imagine being sick and trying to make an appointment or ask questions in person only to be greeted by a nasty woman. By the time you get to the back with the doctor, you not only physically don't feel well but emotionally and mentally you don't feel well because of dealing with front desk. If you don't like dealing with customers or people then find a new job. Someone needs to clean house starting with Kay. This clinic needs to be demolished. read more

Scheduled appointment ahead of time, yet still had to wait over 45 minutes to be seen

Integrity is a value you that seems to be lacking at this location. Prescribed a steroid and offered to fulfill it at this location, however, at discharge forgot the steroid. Went to pharmacy to pick up the other part of the prescription and realized I did not have the steroid so I went back to get the steroid from this location. And I was told that they had sent the steroid prescription to the pharmacy. Now I'm 99% sure that the bag I got from the pharmacy only had one prescription in it. But I'm not positive and willing to give them the benefit of the doubt I go back to my car to confirm. I am correct one prescription. I walk back in to ask if there had been a mistake at the pharmacy or here. To be told "oh she just sent it to the pharmacy." Then why when I first walked in was, I told it was sent to the pharmacy. A person with any integrity would have said "oh I forgot. I can send it to the pharmacy now or you can pick it up here." The pharmacy closed in five minutes, but rather than giving them any more of my money, I went to the pharmacy and made them fill it. read more

Very expensive! My son went there for a sore throat. The visit which lasted about 15 mins from beginning to end was $570. I don't think they were any better than CVS or Walgreens. read more

My mother came here for high blood pressure she had 205 over 110 for all health people out there you know thats way to high when I arrived she was sweating and very red and I asked if they had called the ambulance they said they had when the ambulance arrived they were trying to do their diagnosis and a lady came in the room and said we actually closed at 8 keep in mind it was only 8:30 ish and she asked us if we could do this outside which was very unprofessional and rude especially since my mom could barely walk or stand I simply do not understand why people become medical professionals if they will not help a person in need out even if they are closed. read more

Allergy season is HERE! Woke up feeling like I couldn't breathe and had so much mucus feeling stuck in my chest. Walked in to this urgent care center without an appointment and they quickly saw me. Anisha Patel, PA-C was incredible. She is very kind, patient, and thorough. And she'll give you a lot of advice of things you can do at home to help with your allergies and other issues that sometimes come along with them. This is my second time at this facility, and each time all of the staff has been great! read more

Nice building! With the appointment system it was a quick and efficient visit. All my health concerns were addressed.

I created a Yelp account just to review this business because it is so horrible. I was forced to wait outside long after my appointment time while quite sick because "we only have one provider". There were many people waiting inside and obviously being seen before me. After an hour of standing outside and at least 30 minutes past my appointment time they put me in a room alone on an uncomfortable chair that required me to climb up (no exam table) and I sat alone for a long time. I'm much sicker now than when I left my house and wish I'd used this time to see a better practice or take a nap. They made sure to get both my co pay and a pre authorization to charge my credit card $299 despite me being fully insured, but no service was provided. Can't speak to the quality of the service because I still have not been seen. Zero stars. read more

Worst Urgent Care I have ever been to. The initial staff member who addressed me Gabriel, was so unhelpful. In addition, upon my visit, Dr. Nguyen was very short and dismissive. I asked her to recommend a treatment for my condition which a friend of mine recently had, and was proven to cure to bacteria infection. She would not, nor did she have the decency, respect, Or professionalism to return to the room to speak with me. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

While the facility and new and clean this is one of the SLOWEST urgent care centers I've been to. Even with an appointment you'll sit in the room and wait for at least an hour before your seen by the provider. If you aren't feeling well, go to the CVS minute clinic a minute up the street. read more

This is the best urgent care to visit for your health care concerns. A very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I recently had a positive Covid test and the care plan Anisha shared had me feeling better in a couple days and working remote while quarantined. I think these places are a scam. I paid $250 for a visit for a family member who has been sick for a few days just for them to tell me "come back if it gets worse, here's a headache pill" are you serious? Come back and pay more so that you can give me what you could have the first time? These places suck and i think nowadays anyone who cheated to get their degree is able to get a job at a place like this and you better hope you get these people in their good mood so they can feel like doing their job! read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. I brought my child to this urgent care because he has been sick past 3 days sore throat, fever, chills & now a cough that is hurting. I am so disappointed with how the doctor treated us. Almost like I'm a idiot, she was speaking to us with a rude attitude. My child wasn't even given a proper diagnosis. I can only imagine she was ready to go home for the night. This was the only location I was able to make before they closed..I should of scrolled down to see all the bad ratings. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Dr. Harris and the nursing staff....I cannot say enough great things about them. They were very thorough, didn't waste my time or their time, and I felt like they really listened and I never felt rushed. In addition, Dr. Harris read my medical records very thoroughly and she had a pretty detailed conversation with me about my history and follow up, and I was so impressed with that and her bedside manner. My nurse (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name, but he was terrific!) I highly recommend Dr. Harris! And her staff. The whole visit was seamless. read more

Sad I can't give zero stars. Booked the last appointment (7:48pm) on Friday, 7/1 when my nephew came into town from out of state and developed a sore throat. I booked the appointment about 6pm, hadn't finished the registration by the time we arrived (7:40pm) because the insurance was a bit complicated and wanted to make sure his was accepted first. The waiting room was absolutely empty. We walked up to the desk, told them we had a 7:48 appointment, and before I could even explain about the insurance the female behind the desk asked me "Did you finish the registration? I sent you a text." All I was able to get out was "No, but" before I was cut off. She told me they've had a very busy day, we're over booked and wouldn't be able to see us. But the place is a ghost town? We just booked and the entire 7 o'clock hour was available. She told us we could try a different UC or the ER. I'm an ER RN. This is NOT what should go to the ER and please elation promoting that noise. We walked out disgusted and before even arriving to the car, I received a text that our appointment was cancelled. I will never go to a Piedmont UC again based solely off the treatment received at the front desk of this location. read more

The front desk was nice and the doctor was clearly very busy (I probably talked to her for less than 5 minutes), but still professional. Had to wait awhile, even though it seemed like I was the only one there. The nurse was honestly so rude it was shocking, and I did not feel comfortable at all. Piedmont Urgent Care - Chamblee deserves ZERO stars. Do NOT bother to go here. They are far more interested in playing cute and hip with tech than providing healthcare. I tried to register online, but was required to enter a code that their system was supposed to send to my phone. The code never came no matter what I did. So, I drove to the facility to register in person. Immediately, the person behind the desk suggested that I go back home and register online! That was insulting in and of itself, but I filled out a tiny form explaining why that would not work. The useless person staffing the desk then texted me an online registration form. I ended up walking out without being seen. If you don't own a computer or smartphone at all, I suppose Piedmont Urgent Care is rooting for you to die, die now. I happen to own both, but they are MY tools for my use. I don't own them so that a so called "urgent" care place can throw up obstacles and make it more difficult to access care. If a person can't get into an "urgent" care facility, what use is it? Why does it exist? read more
