To boot, they informed us by sending a FedEx Express letter that arrived the day after Christmas, and my husband opened and read said letter out loud in front of my kids and parents. The board members did not take the time to meet my family or talk to us. We were left dumbfounded. Biltmore is literally high school all over again. You have the popular girls members and legacy members with a lot of money, and if they don't like you, you won't be allowed into their club. My family's rejection upset and surprised A LOT of people because I'm also a local business owner, a founding member of the Barrington Women In Business group, and President of the Biltmore Oaksbury mom group.
