Took our little here for the first time today, and he just turned one so we just missed the cut off for him being free. Bummer, haha. But it was $17 for the day, which isn't too bad. I do wish there was a half day price for littles under 3 because they for sure won't last the full day to enjoy the play. We lasted about an hour, it took little man about 20 minutes or so to get used to the play area, esp with all of the screaming big kids. The ceiling space really does carry the screams quite a bit so he got startled often but ended up still having a great time. The space was spacious and the staff was incredibly nice. We also ordered little man a meal after 3 and got a discount. We got a few drinks as well. We got him a grilled cheese and it came with veggie straws and a beverage. Since he couldn't drink juice yet, they offered milk which he did get to enjoy. Overall a great experience, and recommend to any parents looking to tire their kiddos out during break. read more

The entire place is clean and modern, the staff is very respectable and are very professional at their jobs. The food options for the kids are great, there are cookies, mini donuts, mini cupcakes, and other snacks. Every parents dream come true This place has been on my must-go list and I was ecstatic when we got an invite to a birthday here! First, make sure you wear a decent pair of socks because both kids and parents have to take off their shoes before entering the play area. This is to keep the floors clean for all the littles crawling around! Next time I'll wear thicker socks but I do like that they do this for sanitary reasons. Now, onto the actual place. It's decorated so cute and comfortable! If you're having a birthday there is almost no need for decorations because it's just so darn cute. They also have couches + tables/chairs where parents can sit and talk while watching the kids play. And it's not limited where you're praying for a spot so you can see your kids. The couches are very comfortable and the place is so clean. I also appreciate that you can see your kids at any angel or in any seat! There is also a nice section for the tiny ones which is separated off from the kids zone. Now onto the best part. They serve mimosas, tea, coffee like from your favorite coffee shop or little cocktail bar. Like premium style and for October they had all these themed cocktails. They also have a nice selection of food and not all the crap they serve at most kids places like real food! I took a picture of all the menus so you can see how nice the options are. You can obviously tell that this place was created and is run by a mom. Because every base of what a parent would want or dream of has been covered. If you're looking for the perfect place for both adults and kids to host a party you just found it. Or if you want to meet your friends for a play date well you've found your place too. If you have any audio sensitivity I would not recommend coming here. There is next to no audio meditation and they have a metal ceiling. You can hear everything echoing. Very hard to focus on conversations especially with children running around screaming in the play place. Not a lot of food options. I would not recommend meeting here with family for lunch unless you bring your own food. If you have dietary restrictions I'd recommend bringing your own food. They have mainly sandwiches and a Cesar salad for adults. They have a toddler play area (3 and under) and the 4+ play area. Only two stalls in the bathroom so there can easily be a wait. Bring socks or slippers. You have to take off your shoes by the door. Seats are hard metal chairs. If you have any elderly or hip issues you might want to bring a seat cushion. They have limited couch seating that faces the play place. Additional canned/bottled drinks in a fridge. They do serve alcohol. read more

My only complaint is that I wish I lived closer and maybe that they stayed open a little later than 5 pm. Great customer service when checking in every time. There is a toddler area and a big kids area. The staff are very mindful of making sure that only the little kids are in the toddler area. They will make an announcement over their speaker to remind the bigger kids to leave the area. I wish I could go more often but with the kids nap time we only have about an hour of play when we get there before they close. They do have happy hour on Fridays where kids meals and adult beverages are half off. Everything always seems clean when we visit and my kids have never gotten hurt here. I truly love that they have a separate enclosed space for toddlers that crawl/just starting to learn to walk away from the bigger kids. A great play space thats well done! I've also been to a birthday party here and the service was fantastic! The decoration were gorgeous and everything went smoothly and my kids had a blast. I plan to have my kids birthday here as well next year! Fun place for toddlers and they always have special events. Love the concept but man this place is wayyyy too crowded and heavily flawed! We spent 1-2 hours there and witnessed two different incidents of parents yelling at each other, put alcohol in the mix and this sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. Staff was lenient on the waver policy, girl at the entrance stated "we don't have to see it" and let us walk right in. Another disaster waiting to happen. Food was decent, portion size on the artichoke dip is pretty big, they could get away with serving half the size. Drink options looked good too, probably would have ordered one if I didn't feel so rushed / uncomfortable while ordering food. Overall, looks modern and pretty but... I honestly think this establishment is going to get themselves into big trouble...angry intoxicated parents, wavers are whatever? Sounds unsafe to me, I'll keep my child away. read more

Ok, nice things first! This place is super cute and the atomosphere was wonderful for kids and adults. I found it very clean and spacious. I did come on a Monday morning, so I'm just guessing that its not one of the heavier traffic times. Food looked tasty but I didn't order anything. Ok..now for the not too nice things! I took my one year old and at first we had a nice time. We went to the toddler area which has a good sized sign labeled 3 and under. We played with the other 1 year old and our kids were having a great time. However, maybe after 20 mins, three kids come in all over the age of three. Their grandma came in about five minutes later. I had one try to push my daughter and another try to slap her. Both times I was right next to them and immediately pulled my daughter away and scolded the kids. I know this is bad behavior from young children, which is expected. Their grandma was also responsible for them but was not doing anything. However, what made this situation a bit frustrating with this establishment is that no one is really checking in or supervising any of the areas. I feel that there should be some supervision from the employees to at least make sure that the appropriate aged kids are in the toddler area. Or someone to do rounds every now and then to makes sure everyones ok. We eventually left the toddler area and I was watching my daughter play in the open area for the big kids. There are fun lights flashing on the ground and she was playing by herself with them. Once again, those same kids come and one tries to kick her belly. I rushed in ASAP and started scolding him. The grandma comes and says she will take care of it, but then two minutes later hes back on the floor in the same area as us. We left shortly after. All in all, I think this place is great for older kids. Not so much the younger ones. Or maybe there could be toddler times? Just some ideas. More supervision is needed by the staff to make sure everyone is safe and happy. read more

We just had my daughters birthday party here this past weekend. It was nothing but the best. We had exceptional customer service by everyone on the staff. My daughter and all her friends had a blast playing while the adults got to enjoy some adult beverages. We had our own private party area which was great because it was busy but I expected nothing less with it being a Saturday in the middle of winter. What a perfect place for working parents (as long as you don't have to take calls ). I was able to get so much work done while my son played for hours. We had a delicious lunch together and I even had an after work drink for $2.50 during happy hour paired with a chocolate chip cookie of course! The service is great and everything is cleaned constantly! The bathroom floor wasn't even wet (usually my pet peeve about shoeless play places is going into the bathrooms without shoes) and it's also cleaned constantly. We will definitely be getting the monthly pass ($39!! That pays for itself in less than 3 visits)! read more

To start, it really takes a lot for me to come on here and take time out of my day to leave a negative review for any business. But in this case, it was a must because of Ashley's (employee at Treehouse) actions and behavior. I came in with my 2 year old son and 4 year old daughter. About 30 minutes into playtime, another little boy started to push and touch my son constantly even though my son did not want to play with him. Well, half way up the stairs to the slide, my son turned around and grabbed the little boys shirt. Mind you my son just turned 2 and cannot fully speak and communicate. The little boy started to scream and I immediately ran up and separated them two. Boy stopped screaming and both of them went back to play. Well, Ashley was walking by and thought it was a good idea to make a scene and express her feelings on how "that behavior was unacceptable." If you're a professional, you should've asked me to step aside and discuss what happened. NOT stand there in front of all the parents and tell me how I am a bad parent and this was unacceptable behavior WITH A SMIRK! If you're having a bad day in life, leave it at the door when you walk into work. PARENTS DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE IF THEY ARE TODDLERS AND DONT BEHAVE LIKE ADULTS. Never again, we where frequent visitors during the week. Figured we'd throw our three year olds birthday party there. After trying to book a private event and rent the whole place out they couldn't accommodate until June. Totally understood. We than asked to explore the next best option. We where told they book 2 party's at a time no more, and are still open to the public. We where told by the owner that 10am would be the best time to book as it's less crowded during this time. After only being able to communicate by email with no way to call and talk to anyone which makes it extremely hard to plan. The day finally come for the big birthday. We showed up to a sh*t show, they claimed that a third party was added and squeezed another 30+ people into a corner. Than kept asking me why I was upset and why this was a problem, that the party that showed up was for Sunday but just decided to come on a Saturday and they had to accommodate as to not inconvenience them, instead to inconvenience us. So what was the point of me booking a Saturday? I can just book a Sunday and show up on a Saturday and say o well? They offered nothing to rectify the situation. Looked at me like I was crazy and talked down to me like I was the one in the wrong. The owners are incompetent to run a customer service business. I will not recommend and will not be going back. 800 dollars for a bday only to have an extra 30-40 people running around. My suggestion wasn't about money, it was ok YOU over booked a party put a note on ur door that your not open to the public to stop the excess flow of people because now you have this place jammed packed with three party's. She told me capacity was 400 and I should call the fire Marshall. Too bad kids loved it prior to this. Can promise them our party of 70 has a Far reach in the community word spreads quick!! I ended up here with my 10 month old on a whim one Saturday morning. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, affordable, and inviting this place was. I loved that they had the 3-years-old and under play area. The food is good, too. Even with several different birthday celebrations going on, it didn't feel too hectic or crowded.
