No sense of urgency from this office if you're in dire need of an adjustment. Unwilling to accommodate anything outside of what they already have scheduled if you need an emergency adjustment. I can't sleep or function normally and they want to schedule me 2 weeks out the first time I called. Super willing to sell you these treatment bundles that cost a lot of money upfront. What REALLY got me was they mentioned since I hadn't been there in 3 months I would have to start with a whole re-evaluation, which also to me sounds like they would charge me the initial visit all over again which is expensive. If you do not keep buying their bundles and spending money with them probably weekly or maybe every other, it seems like you will not be accommodated, whatsoever - and they blame it on safety as to excuse their poor customer service. Go establish somewhere else, this office will not help you when you really need it. They wrote and asked for me to call them if I'd like to discuss this further - I'm not going to call you, you can call me. I called and established at Miller Chiropractic - got me in right away and I feel great. Give them a call, you'll thank me later. read more

I've been looking for a place that works with sports injury and practices chiropractic. I was recommended this place by a close friend and I am very glad she told me about it. It was a bit awkward to find at first but upon entering I was greeted by the kind woman at the front desk. The building was cool and clean. I got a chance to work with Jordan and he was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. He could figure out right away what my situation was and how he could help me. He explained my injury, helped me with it, and provided me with great relief. On top of that, he taught me preventive care practices that I can utilize to help prevent this injury. He helped me understand what was going on with my body and what the treatment plan will be looking like. I began my treatment with Dr Jordan Hines in May, with severe signs of lumbar sacral Radiculopathy and chronic lower thoracic and upper lumbar pain. Front office staff is rude and uncaring. My wife arrived late for initial appointment (cost $120) and we were told that we could not be seen by scheduled doctor Pierce. Yet, the office was completely empty and only one car in the patenting lot. I guess they make enough money that they don't care to see new patients. We were late because of child being sick unexpectedly. Rather than be sympathetic, we were made to feel like we are the ogres. A tile contractor, and frequently I misplaced my hip joint lifting tile. If you can imagine not being able to sleep due to extreme shooting pain, never being able to find a comfortable sweet spot for comfort, so you can rest, this is what happens in the tile business lifting , turning and on your knees all day. Dr.Beau Pierce is a true miracle worker. Sometimes I cried , just putting my socks on. The simple things on life have been lost due to a misplaced hip. Beau , with all respect to home has giving me treatments that have corrected my discomfort in just one visit. I am a powerlifter and i needed to get adjusted since my lower back was too tight.
