I had to service my own water heater as it was lukewarm, rather than hot, despite that the other pros recommending to have it replaced. The water heater wasn't leaking at the time and I had read that it has the glass-lined tank. It has a flushing feature within the tank too. I also drained the water heater twice several months beforehand for the first time and there was not much sediment coming out. After a couple of trips, where they also have parts and supplies, because I wanted to try the cheaper fix first. That didn't help, but had to be replaced anyway due to age or it may fail at some point in near future. The second time I got the second cheapest option and replaced it. Now, the water heater was working again. So far, it had been working well over the past 3 months now. I appreciate Piece Plumbing as they were helpful on how to install the parts. read more

I called Pierce Plumbing about an hour ago to install a new faucet in my bathroom sink. Jim said they could come out right away. He and a helper were here in 15 minutes. Saw the issue I had with my old faucet and said they could fix it. I explained that I was told by a handy man that it couldn't be fixed and would have to be replaced. Jim said he could fix it. Fantastic! Because now I dint have to worry about having mismatched faucets in the bathroom. He had that done in less than 10 minutes. Jim was great! I've been dealing with a leaky kitchen faucet for months because a different company quoted me over $600 to fix. After it's been getting worse, I finally gave in and started calling other places. Pierce Plumbing was the first company I called and they were so nice and understanding and were able to come out in 2 days. Jim was able to figure out exactly what was wrong and explained it in detail that actually made sense to me. He was able to find a much less expensive result that I am extremely happy with. He was not only on time but actually called and was able to come out early.
