Had to update my review to 5 stars. As soon as Omar found out what happened he called me and assured me they will take care of everything and make it right. He assured me we are a valued customer and he will make sure everything is working properly. When I had originally contacted the office we had a misunderstanding but later they handled everything perfectly. Omar and the office staff apologized and were very friendly. He sent a plumber, Anthony, to take care of the issues I was having and he did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Omar came by the next day just to make sure everything was fine and even called me a couple of weeks later to double check if everything was still working properly. Ed was extremely helpful and no pressure. We replaced all of our flooring, baseboard, and some stone work around a fireplace and this was our first time doing any type of serious work on our house.
