Challenging experience with this contractor who served as the concrete sub on a detached garage…read moreproject. I believe the concrete work he did is good and he is a nice guy, but his lack of equipment and reliable labor caused constant delays on the project. He was not able to work on clear days and constantly blamed the delays on weather. The general contractor paid him for the work he did for the garage but elected to not have hiim pour the driveway extension based on previous performance. The concrete footer inspection was initially overlooked causing potential issues with the overall project permit, but later got fixed. in the same timeframe we had a second concrete contractor pour the deck for our pool. The difference in experience was night and day.
