She moved me to a different spot then started servicing a different customer. After 20min soak off, I told her my finger went NUMB due to the coldness of the Acetone, and asked to get filed off the rest. She told me she WILL NOT do that because she won't go back and forth with her current customer. I then asked for another tech to help out. She got ANNOYED and started speaking in her primary language to have someone else come file for me. Then they leave me waiting for ANOTHER HOUR just because they chose to service other people behind me AND keep on PASSING me on also JUDY. So I came and waited 2hours and 30 minutes just for a 2-minute nail fix.
