I didn't hear anything for several weeks and started to believe the saw was lost in the postal service's abyss, then one morning I woke up with a missed call from McQuade & Bannigan. Within an hour one of the McQuade folks called me again and let me know they dropped-off a brand new saw and put it on my back porch. It was a great surprise to receive a new saw, first, and an even greater surprise to have the McQuade folks personally deliver the saw to my home 100 miles away from their shop. How cool is that and what wonderful customer service.
