The one owner was super into supporting trump and would talk all day about how good trump was and how great his ideas would be for the business and for Canada in general. It made me so so so uncomfortable I just didnt understand what that had to do with running that business. The one owner has a hot temper. He would lose his temper at some of the smallest stuff. I worked hard to design a new store website for them and when he was screaming at me to fire me he made sure to say it was specifically because of my disability. They broke multiple labour laws, refused to pay me my final pay check and abruptly fired me. They lied on my record of employment rendering me unable to obtain EI and left me very close to becoming homeless. Simply because the male owner has a hot temper and didnt like me. They will treat people negatively based on their narrow minded views and they treat their staff horribly. This reflected in the quality of work. They would make simple mistakes like accidentally mixing up two diamond wedding bands during inspection or misplacing a diamond. Its truly a reflection of the lack of compassion and chosen bigotry they have towards anyone who doesnt agree with their conservative views. If you value your jewelry I would highly recommend not risking it with these people.

Do not trust this store. Since the ownership changed, the new owner is a shady crook. He sold me a…read moresilver ring, sized it wrong, sent it out to a third-party to size for a 2nd time despite advertising that he never does so. The workmanship was shoddy and within a few months the ring is broken. I asked him to repair, and he accuses me of lying and that I never bought the ring there, raises his voice at me and acted very threatening. Then the sizer proceeded to tell us that they lied when they sold us the rings and they were not 14K gold but actually 10K gold. Lie after lie.
