Solid 4.5 stars for just really good pizza! We have been here twice since they opened and sat inside both times. You place your order at the counter and they will bring your food once it's ready. I really enjoy the openness and natural light that comes in. They have a few tables outside as well. The first visit we ordered the PieZanos Special which has ham, onion, green peppers, bacon and pepperoni. It was neat to watch them hand toss the dough and assemble the pie. This is something that you don't see too often. Pizza came out hot and fresh and very cheesy! It was yummy! Our second visit we ordered a 16" pepperoni and green peppers pie. Again it arrived at our table perfect. They don't skimp on the toppings which is nice. The crust was cooked perfectly as it wasn't burnt. The sauce was good too. Just wish it had a little more flavor. They are a great spot for lunch since they sell pizza by the slice and they have sandwiches and salads. I also saw pasta offerings along with desserts. And they serve beer and wine too! Definitely check this locally owned business out if you get a chance.

My apologies ahead of time that I didn't get pix of the Bianca slice (ie. white slice) or the spinach pinwheel. In my defense, we immediately split them to taste and inhaled them so fast I forgot pix were even a thing lol I would say their pizza is comparable to Humpavelli's (which I like) but I think I like the crust here better. They also have 'by the slice' same as the other does, which is fabulous if you just want to grab and go. We also got the meatball appetizer and a side of garlic knots, and I have thoughts on both. First off, the sauce for the meatballs (and pastas, basically their main sauce) is VERY good. Crushed tomato based, well flavored, I have no shame in admitting I asked for extras on the side and practically licked the containers clean as we finished them. I don't often find a good pasta sauce in places out here (much to my chagrin) and this type has been my favorite since my growing-up years in Chicago's Little Italy. That said... the meatballs could use a little more seasoning, but they were good. They were served atop spinach leaves, topped with that fabulous sauce, and cheese, and baked. So. Friggan. Good. I cut the leftovers and tossed them with some spaghetti the next day and even my partner commented he liked their food. I got the larger order of garlic knots and ended up eating them over a period of a few days. So... here's the thing, They had garlic butter and parm cheese and as I was picking through them I kept turning them over to keep them in their garlic-buttery goodness... and because of them they basically stayed fresh for days lol Not only did they not lose their flavor or go bad, but they got even better. 100% returning there, probably this next week actually lol *sidenote* I can't vouch for the experiences others have had with their customer service or who was at the counter but the girl that helped me was wonderful. She gave me extra sauce when I asked, made sure everything was how I wanted it, had me check before I left... She told me it is her that makes their hand-made meatballs, and she was seriously VERY sweet.

HORRIBLE!! Look how BURNT my pepperoni pinwheel is. Are you kidding? Then the spinach one was under cooked on the inside. Our pizza was so overcooked you couldn't even eat the crust. The sauce was horrible. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. How can you serve stuff that looks like this?!

Pass. We decided to try bc it's new in town..... First of all- the girl on the phone has zero people skills. My fiancé called to order and she didn't even say "hello this is PieZano pizza" she just said hello. He has to ask if he was calling the right place. It was so strange. As if she wasn't even paying attention to the call. He has her on speakerphone so I could hear it all. He then told her his name- and OUT LOUD she decided to shorten his name (first name) so it was easier! He then went to pick up the order and said two people were working- the girl who answered the phone and one kid working on the food. When he walked in- not one of them greeted him. The girl was on her phone and not even looking up. She then said "what's the name on the order?" Which he replied "well, you put a shorter version of my actual name- so I guess that's the name on the order" I ordered a slice of the margarita pizza to try (if I liked it- then maybe in the future I would order a whole pie) then we got a large pepperoni. I was soooo disappointed with the slice! They literally just took a cheese slice and put tomatoes on it and basil. It was TERRIBLE. the pepperoni pie was ok. We liked how it was cooked. The slice I got was COLD. We have had so much better from Valentinos and mama rosas in town. At least they don't make up names for us when we order and their customer service is way better. Plus the pizza at velantinos and Mama Rosas is a million times better. Want pizza just like NY or NJ- don't go here. Go to one of the others I mentioned in town. My family is from Staten Island,NY and they prefer Mama Rosas over any other in town. Out of town- we all love Blaze pizza in Melbourne. :)

The best pizza of my life! When asked for pizza recommendations, our phenomenal server recommended…read morethe Pesto & Mortadella (Basil pesto, mortadella, burrata cheese & pistachio) and the Rustichella (Ham, bacon, roasted tomatoes, arugula, mozzarella& pomodoro sauce). I selected the pesto and mortadella because I have never seen mortadella on a pizza outside of my Italy vacation so... lord help me it was delicious. This combo of ingredients was perfection. This was my first time at Tratto and I already have made plans to return. My plans include trying another new-to-me pizza combination but no promises. I might get the pesto and mortadella on repeat for the foreseeable future. The pizzas can be ordered in Thin crust or Detroit style. I ordered my pizza as thin crust which was exceptional and my dining partner ordered a Detroit style with pepperoni and thoroughly enjoyed it. We both had enough leftovers to take home for another meal. This restaurant accepts reservations. The service was attentive and efficient. The restaurant interior ambiance was elegant and modern - Dim and comfortable on a hot and way too sunny day. As for seating, There are 2 outside cafe-style tables but this establishment is mainly an interior dining restaurant. It is attached to the Walmart neighborhood market behind the McDonalds in avalon park so there is plenty of shared parking. Can't wait to return.

I'm usually not a ratatouille girl at all, but THIS one? Whew. The burrata on top took it to another level--creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. I'd go back just for that alone. Now...the Detroit-style pizza?? Where has this been all my life? We got the Spicy Pepperoni and I'm still thinking about it. The combo of crispy edges, fluffy crust, hot honey, and goat cheese was unreal. At this point, I feel like I need to book a trip to Detroit just to compare lol. We also tried the cheese wheel pasta--flavor-wise it was just okay for me, but the tableside presentation was definitely the highlight. It's one of those dishes you order more for the experience than the taste. Paired everything with a bottle of prosecco, which made the whole night feel a little extra and very much needed. And shoutout to Zack--he was a great waiter. Attentive, friendly, and really helped make the experience smooth from start to finish. Overall, great vibes, solid food, and a fun dining experience. Definitely a spot I'd come back to--especially for that pizza and burrata situation.
