Placed an order online, first the online ordering system in my opinion is terrible reminds me of an old style DOS based system, no picture or anything to make it visually appealing. Don't know if it was their server or the internet but was terrible trying to connect took several attempts on 3 different Apple devices. Also when arrived the cashier did not have a friendly attitude when she gave me my order (1 item, spaghetti ) it was missing two extra sides of meat sauce, pointed this ot to the cashier and her attitude got worse she literally threw a plastic bag of something into the bag. As i returned to my vehicle I thought I better check what she threw in there. Luckily I did and it was salad dressing not the 2 extra meat sauce that I had paid for. Had to go back in and tell the cashier she gave me the wrong items and her attitude was worse than before. Asked to speak to the manager. Explained what had happened and the poor attitude of the cashier and all the manager did was apologize. Not the way to treat a mistreated customer. Kelseys has been on the downward slide for the past several years with takeout orders incorrect or missing items and never ending price increases. Chances of being a return customer at this point is less than 50%. Also stopped ordering pizza from their due to inconsistency in quality, one time it would be greasy or overcooked next time undercooked and dry. read more

We had a large party after a sad day attending a loved one's funeral yesterday. The Greek salad was huge and filled with feta cheese and my drink was always full. 2.5 Stars rounded up. I had been looking forward to trying this location but had been leery due to the huge spread in ratings. It appears the experience was very inconsistent among customers. I gave this establishment two tries and both times the experience was completely sub-par. The staff seemed to be annoyed that they had to be at work and would congregate in the back. Drinks were left empty, and it was nearly impossible to give them money so I could leave. In the time it took to get my card out of my wallet, they had disappeared, and it took another 15 minutes before someone came back to charge me. I wonder how many people just walk out because they get tired of waiting to pay. The food was nothing to write home about. I tried their pizza on one occasion and a chicken entrée on another. I hope things improve because there are already limited choices in Titusville, and I'd hate for another restraint to fold due to poor service. read more

I just picked up an absolutely awful large Kelsey's Special. Not only did it not look good, it did not taste good. The ground beef had a weird taste, a that I couldn't identify, but almost like it was more oregano than meat. We took all the ground beef off, because it was disgusing, ate 2 slices each because we were starving, and threw the rest in the trash. My lady and I visited after work, it is a seat yourself establishment so no greeter which is fine, we seated ourselves and the waitress was there quickly, we ordered 2 small pizzas, one was half Hawaiian and the other half was pepperoni, my pizza was sausage and mushrooms. Ordered a long time favorite of mine, a Large, Northern Italian Pizza with added Mushrooms tonight. The Pizza arrived within the estimated time frame, but it was barely warm and for the price, it really didn't have very much chicken or many added Mushrooms on it. Otherwise, it was absolutely delicious. Due to the skimpy toppings and the barely warm temperature, I cut off one star. I live within 1 mile of the restaurant location, so you have to try pretty hard to arrive with food that's barely warm. Perhaps it sat on the counter waiting to be delivered. You have to be kidding me. First off the joint is dirty. The floors, the window sills, the place, dirty. The food was decidedly sub par. Garlic knots were heavy and slightly sweet. The crust tasted slightly of pretzel. Meatball Parmigiana had great meatballs but the sauce was cooked down thick like a paste and the roll was doughy. Greek chicken salad was mediocre at best and had zero feta and a whopping 3 olives and the dressing wasn't close to Greek. And the pizza..... they "burned the 1st one" and we waited for another for 15 minutes and it sucked. The pizza and the wait. No offer or mention of a discount. The service wasn't. Empty dishes never cleared, the check took forever. My wife and I rate Kelsey's AG for Absolute Garbage. So disappointing! read more

Dinner service and quality is the same. If you get a chance, try their Golden Mushroom Soup! It's sooo good! Nice chunks of mushrooms and the broth is really flavorful. Skip the crackers. They were a bit stale. The spaghetti with meatballs were ok. Not my favorite dish that I've had. The sauce seemed different than what I get when I get the low carb option. Service is always good. I visited Kelsey's Pizza close to closing time. Very few people were left so you get the servers attention and food comes out fresh. This was my first visit and might not be my last. There were two adults and two kids. Kids had the create your own pizza. They put their own toppings on their pizza. They enjoyed that. This also gives the kids something to nibble on while the pizza cooks and cools. I ordered a gryo with extra tzatziki sauce on the side just in case I need extra. My only complaint was I like my tomato cut smaller whether they are diced or sliced. I had a few chucks. My husband had a strange request. He wanted a gryo in a calzone. I think they used Roma tomatoes and lamb inside, and tzatziki sauce on the side. He loved it and will be back to request it again. read more

We got the Gyro sandwiches yesterday They were the worse gyros we ever ate The meat if anything wasn't from a gyro machine with real meat pieces stuck on top of each other and shaved to put into the gyro , they were processed mystery meats pre shaped and ore sliced I'm sure pre frozen and defrosted thin slices of again some mystery meat and spices . We are regulars at least once a week. Last 2 times service has been extremely bad. Last time we went. 12-6-22 7 pm. We walked in they said sit anywhere we did in plain view of all the workers. We sat at our table 10 min. No one ever acknowledged us brought menus or offered to get drinks. After 10 min we got up to leave kid stopped us said sorry we are short staffed. That's fine. At 6:30 we asked again how much longer and we're told that the kitchen was ignoring the front counter order takers so they couldn't tell us anything.
