This procedure required me to remove the CPU and its associated CPU cooler. Thermal paste is sued between the heat sink and the CPU.I had no thermal paste and no store int he area carried it. Amazon would've taken a couple of days too many for me. I decided to look for "PC repair' in the Pt Washington, NY, Manhasset, NY areas. I called Henry, who was not in the office, and explained the situation. He immediately offered some thermal paste free of charge and called his assistant back at the office that I was on my way. Gladys was charming and helpful. I had my paste in a minute, returned home, and was able to be my son's hero. What's that worth, folks? This small act of kindness by Henry towards a complete stranger is a testament to his fine character. He has a customer and advocate in me for life for all my future tech needs. I'm sure Henry will be worth every penny.

This is the worst store I've ever dealt with. I took my Apple Watch in for repairs, and they…read moreinitially told me it was a battery issue. They charged me $80 to replace the battery, but when I returned with the same problem, they kept my watch for over a month. When I finally got it back, the screen and body were covered in scratches, clearly from being pried open forcefully. Now they're refusing to refund my money or fix the damage they caused. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm filing a claim against them.
