The one on the phone eventually came over, I just wanted to drop a package off and get a receipt. Instead of helping me, they just pointed me to some 'self-scan' kiosk - I stated, can't you just scan it here? They replied I can scan it over there, pointing to the kiosk. I'll pass on using this FedEx location again, more concerned with their phone then taking 15 seconds to scan my package.

That said, I learned the hard way that this location does not believe in early weekend mornings. I showed up around 8am expecting it to be open. Nope. Lights off. I figured I misjudged and assumed 9am made more sense, so I killed some time and came back. Still closed. By then there were a few of us doing the same confused walk up to the doors. When I finally checked the hours and saw they open at 10am, everything clicked. Friendly store, helpful staff, but if you're an early errand person, plan accordingly or you'll be adding an extra lap around town to your morning.

And now they dispute the damage and state it was on the vehicle when it left the auction..Gate passes do not lie Just this trucking company. stay away!!!!!! She also insisted I needed non machinable postage for things that were more than fine (AND sent at other post offices with ONE REGULAR STAMP) to send as a regular letter. One she sent non machinable never arrived and another clerk here told me that sometimes hand sorted mail "goes missing" if the sorter thinks it is something good. I hate it here.

These packages require no payment, no assistance, and no transaction -- yet customers are now forced to stand in an extremely long line with people who need full counter services just to hand over a prepaid package. This is an enormous waste of time for customers and staff, creates unnecessary congestion, and makes absolutely no sense. Every other USPS location I've used allows prepaid package drop-off without requiring customers to wait in line, so this appears to be a local decision -- and a terrible one. The result is a frustrating, inefficient, and completely avoidable experience. If you value your time, this is not the post office to use.

I suggest signing up for a free Staples rewards account and downloading the app. I racked up a lot of points and got access to some money saving coupons for my larger projects. Also...FUN FACT: This location has a Party City area for balloons and other party goods as well as a surplus bin with amazing deals...sometimes as low as $1!
