This UPS Store has finally moved and upgraded its store location. The new location now is triple the size it once was. It's still in the same plaza it's just in the rear of the plaza (to the left of the Edible Arrangements store). Because of the recent move they now have a larger parking lot (which was previously a hassle at the last location), double the PO boxes, supplies that customers can purchase, and the staff now have a larger space to work in. Overall this a great improvement for both customers and the employees. read more

I just spent an hour in line at this store just to drop off an Amazon return. There were more than 10 other folks waiting in line for just as long (all outside) as well... all with simple drop offs that would've taken a minute each. But this bald headed clerk (mentioned for management ID purposes only) working alone kept the store essentially closed right through closing time for a private shopping session for one customer who very slowly selected at least 50 (probably way more) retail packing materials and then painfully slowly wrote a check for them (how much you wanna bet it bounces?). When I finally got in I said to the clerk, "why didn't you just relieve the line on your other register while the lady was shopping?" And his response was... wait for this... "because if I get one more bad Yelp review I'll get fired." Well buddy... you deserve this doozie. Have you ever heard of multi-tasking? Have you ever thought of coming out and talking to the crowd of angry folks you were treating so disrespectfully for no good reason? The woman ahead of me was very pregnant and on her feet for an hour! Did you think to call your boss for advice? And you didn't even fake a little appropriate hustle! You were moving like a sloth. Hopefully, for the sake of his franchise, your boss will make good on his threat and replace you. And don't give me that Covid excuse. You could have come to the door and taken our items in yourself if you had a policy to enforce. I can tell you that we folks in line were discussing other options for UPS drop-offs in the future because you just kinda wasted a good chunk of our precious time! Long lines each time with limited service. If they could have a way to express out people just dropping things off that would be great. Maybe a drop box outside? Or someone scanning people out in the line. If you are just dropping something off you end up waiting for 20 mins for a 1 min transaction. read more

The worker was a jerk. Not helpful only patronizing. Store was empty. Another person came in behind me,.. I hope she got better service. All I wanted to do was scan a QR code for a return to Amazon, and the young person couldn't bother to be patient to allow me to find the code on my phone. Went to The UPS store in North Attleboro,.. took me at the most 30 seconds to walk in, scan the code and out the door. Much much better store on Robert Toner Blvd in North Attleboro. I've gone to this store for photocopies for at least 6 years. I prepay the required 100 copies to get a lower price. They have a key for the copier with my name on it. Today, yet again, the employee had no idea what I was talking about. This has happened before, and I don't understand what the problem is. A manager or supervisor is needed to handle issues such as this & to help when things get busy; Why is there only *one* person working at a time? If this weren't local to me, I'd go elsewhere. read more

I went in to process 2 Amazon returns. I had questions about shipping them back. One box was packed, but I left it open, since I wasn't sure if I needed to put a duplicate label or a packing list inside. The employee there wasn't helpful. He answered my questions in a sarcastic tone. I decided to go to another shipper. I went home and left a review on Google, as that's how I found this location. I left my review and gave it 3 stars. That's average, out of 5, right? I then noticed that the owner had responded to a few other reviews in what could only be described as defensive. I mentioned that it read like he was scolding the other reviewers. Keep in mind, this place is a 3.1 out of 5, and most of the reviews mentioned a specific employee. You'd have to think that if the reviews all seem similar, it's either a conspiracy, or true. The owner came at me in his reply, which I was expecting. I think the customer service problem starts at the top, in this case. I went back and changed my rating to 1 star, and replied to the owner. I ship quite a few things a month, and I just recently moved into the area. I was going to drop the packages at Kohl's, as they handle all of the packing and paperwork. I noticed that there was another UPS Store a couple miles up the road, on Robert F. Toner Blvd. I figured, why not? I walked in, was greeted with a smile from 2 of the 3 employees behind the counter. They were assisting other customers. I was standing in the Amazon return line. One of the other employees finished the transaction she had been working on, and waved for me to walk over. Her name was Meghan. She smiled, answered my questions, printed my labels and handed me a receipt. Quick, efficient and friendly. If you live in the Attleboro area, I'd try that location instead. read more

Very Poor experience, twice. Went there twice just to get a package sent and the same rude employee, was so rude, I had to leave. Complained to head office, got no where. I will never step foot in that store again as long as that employee works there. Hopefully a manager will see this. read more

Very poor experience. Paid to overnight a laptop, only to get a call the next morning, after the time it was guaranteed by, that it hadn't made it on to the truck. Upon going to the store to pick up the laptop, as I no longer had faith in them shipping it, it was clear the laptop had never even been packaged and just been sitting there since I dropped it off the day before. While waiting for a refund, a gentleman dropped off a letter envelope to be shipped, and the employee threw it away after he left. A few minutes later a second employee saw the envelope in the trash and asked about it - he realized it wasn't trash. Will not be using this location going forward. read more

Very rude staff. I had a package that was pre-addressed and paid but it was too big to fit in the Dropbox. Went in to the store to drop off my package on Monday around 12:30pm. There was a line so I asked if there was a Dropbox. The man at the counter was extremely sarcastic in his response (said no in an extremely annoyed tone) and then made a passive aggressive remark to the next customer. I recommend trying another location or Fedex. read more

Worst customer service! Do not go here if you use a prepaid shipping label. The owner will give you extreme attitude because it's a franchise and he doesn't value your business. He has literally yelled at me when I asked for a shipping envelope, despite it being provided to him for FREE by UPS. Go to the FedEx a mile down the road to save yourself the time and aggravation. read more

I went today to send a package.. The young guy behind the counter was so rude. When we walked in our package was not sealed because we thought ups would kindly seal it... When we started to ask.. He stated "I guess you want me to seal it" in a very rude tone!! If they don't do that he could have nicely explained... Although they kindly have done it at other stores with no remarks. Then he mumbled something and looked at me.. I said huh and he literally yelled at me I need the zip code... I felt like saying get that f'n stud out of your tongue!!! Then quoted us a very high price.. When my boyfriend added why it was so high.. How do they determine the price... He just said its alot of different factors...we grabbed our package and went to the post office for $25 less!! Do not go to this ups store. Very rude staff!
