I tried explaining what i needed and she continued to tell me what i needed, it was so frustrating. It was a prescription she failed to recognize, to make matters worse, this assistant fails to fill out a preauthorization form in such a way that triggered a second denial, so now I am in the middle of an appeal and a different assistant tells me they don't fill out appeal forms, so this being the fault of this one assistant, i am in a position where i dont know what i can do.

This review though is for her staff. Specifically for the staff that handles calls/ faxs from pharmacies. The medication she prescribed was not covered by my insurance and my pharmacy faxed a request for a change in the morning. At 4 pm they still hadn't received the new prescription. In the meantime my condition was getting worse. I called Dr Jae's office and made it very clear that I needed the new prescription asap...tonight! The office closed without it being sent to my pharmacy. Incompetence, laziness? Thankfully my pharmacy called the doctor on call and he sent a new prescription. I will never go to this office again.

Thuy spent plenty of time with me, addressing all of my concerns and asked if I had any other questions. She also said if I ever needed anything, I could always just call. It made me feel like she really cares. Everyone at the office is extremely efficient; they always get back to me within 24 hours if I leave a message. FYI: they don't draw blood at the office for fasting labs so don't come in hangry for your annual check up. Ask them to send the lab order to your insurance's designated lab so you can schedule blood draw at your convenience. I highly recommend Dr. Ha to anyone looking for a caring PCP!!!!!

She has done this more than once so I called anthem. The agent for anthem said well let's talk to the office manager the three of us so we can resolve this . So we called and talk to her. Well she didn't like this at all. She let us know that she would contact the billing agency and let them know and abruptly hung up on us. The agent was did she hang up on us. I said yes. The agent filed a complaint on her through anthem and unfortunately I haven't seen a doctor in two years . Anyway office employees know yr policies. I don't go to the doctor to argue with you. I go there to get help.
