I called into BeWell thinking it was a normal urgent care facility, but turns out it wasn't - it was better! Not only were they the cheapest option, but it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a medical facility. I spoke with Herman on the phone, and even though they were booked for the day, I could tell he heard the discomfort in my voice and went the extra mile to figure out a slot for me to come in. The sign up and check in processes were high tech, quick, and smooth - using an iPad rather than the old pen and paper method. My procedure was done by Herman and supervised by Lucy, and throughout the entire process, both of them were so gentle - constantly asking how I was feeling, and were extremely thorough. I typically feel like I'm just a number and being rushed at other facility, but here, I felt they actually cared about my wellbeing... I suppose it fits their name (BeWell!). I have nothing by high praises for this establishment, and hope that many others could experience the high quality services they offer. Thank you both, Herman and Lucy, so so much for that day. I know you could tell that I was in a lot of discomfort and was very apprehensive - you two are truly exceptional, not only at your jobs, but as human beings, and we all appreciate you!

Didn't want to wait that long, so we came here instead. Overall service was good, staff was courteous. My biggest complaint is that the appointment felt rushed. I believe there was only 1 doctor on staff which made our consultation shorter. Tip: if you go in have questions ready for the doctor to ease any concerns you may have.

What I appreciated most, was how Dilayla spoke to me; professionally and with empathy. She sided with providing excellent customer service. She even offered to help find another clinic for me. She really went above and beyond. Unfortunately, Dilayla is not the manager at the Whittier Urgent Care, but if an issue arises and she is handling it, then you are good. Now if the location could have Dilayla, I am confident that the issue I had would have never been. Great customer service starts from the management. I'm satisfied now with how it was made as right as it could be thanks to Dilayla.

Staff will share that busy days would vary unfortunately so no planning around that. I was also under the impression that this is a clinic that doesn't charge people for treatment? I come sporadically for a check up as I'm a wandering hetero butterfly and found their services to be wonderful from their office staff to clinicians. I heard about the PrEP and Gardasil that they offered and wanted to look into getting that and was helped by Brooke who was phenomenal. Brooke was very detailed oriented, knowledgeable, well educated, caring, sweet, and was able to answer all of my questions organically. I have nothing but positive visits here, they genuinely help people to the best of their ability despite having a large demand of visitors. The facilities are clean and well kept, staff is great with handling blood draws, injections, etc. The medication protocol if applicable is they have a contract with I think a Walgreens or cvs in Hollywood that they call it in to, from there you can just have the rx transferred to your local pharmacy. I don't know clear deatz as I haven't had any meds prescribed yet. I would recommend this place to anyone.
