I appreciate all the text reminders for appointment information. Pre check in process made the in person check in so much easier. I gave my name at the desk and the front office staff was able to just apply my copayment. Easy breezy. Rosie was my first MA and she was super sweet. Great at venipuncture for blood draw. When I met PA David, I was a tab bit surprised since he did not look like his photo. I was imagining an entirely different nationality as a matter a fact. Oopsie on my end. No issues here though, just surprised. He had a student with him and was really laid back. Allowed me to discuss my concerns without feeling rushed and he repeated everything I said back to me for verification. He got all my labs ordered and referrals made in a timely manner. Rosie came in next to draw blood. She took her time in locating my tricky vein to ensure I don't get on cushioned. She was right on and left me with one a pin prick red dot at the puncture site. Best experience ever. I returned two weeks later to obtain my lab results with PA David. He said everything looked good. I asked about getting A1C since there was mild glucose elevation and he ordered the finger stick test in office. Glad this is an option and I didn't have to get pricked again. Results were non eventful but it gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend this office and PA David. He was wonderful and addressed all my concerns. Thank you!

Appointments are hard to get and…read moreone example of bad service is one of his assistants states she's been gone for a month and hasn't been able to catch up, not sure what that meant, but when this assistant did call me, it was confrontational, this assitant began to argue about an appeal when there was no appeal, it was a call in for a prescription. I tried explaining what i needed and she continued to tell me what i needed, it was so frustrating. It was a prescription she failed to recognize, to make matters worse, this assistant fails to fill out a preauthorization form in such a way that triggered a second denial, so now I am in the middle of an appeal and a different assistant tells me they don't fill out appeal forms, so this being the fault of this one assistant, i am in a position where i dont know what i can do.

It made me feel like she really cares. Everyone at the office is extremely efficient; they always get back to me within 24 hours if I leave a message. FYI: they don't draw blood at the office for fasting labs so don't come in hangry for your annual check up. Ask them to send the lab order to your insurance's designated lab so you can schedule blood draw at your convenience. I highly recommend Dr. Ha to anyone looking for a caring PCP!!!!!

Well she didn't like this at all. She let us know that she would contact the billing agency and let them know and abruptly hung up on us. The agent was did she hang up on us. I said yes. The agent filed a complaint on her through anthem and unfortunately I haven't seen a doctor in two years . Anyway office employees know yr policies. I don't go to the doctor to argue with you. I go there to get help.
