We entrusted the workers with our motorcycle to do some service and were told a price that we agreed to, after a few days we called them multiple times and no one bothered to answer, when we went there we found out that they had left our motorcycle completely outside when the weather for the entire week has been raining and thundering. When we finally got the bill, they had done service on the motorcycle that we had never agreed on or were even told about, they simply handed us the bill of $700! Complete and utter nonsense, we have tried calling them multiple times to talk about the bill and why we were never told ahead of time of the extra service and no one bothered to answer the call. First experience purchasing from this dealer; second Harley purchase. My family have purchased several bikes from this site so I had no reason to doubt it. Overall, not a terrible experience. Mostly what you'd expect - lots of pressure, hard sells, don't want to let you leave. Biggest advice is that they should NOT let new people sell to customers. Isaiah is a nice enough guy but he does not know the lineup or heritage and did not understand the assignment until I really spelled it out. I initially asked about an Indian that they had, then about the sportster S, but expressed that I **did not like** all of the tech nor was I a fan of their new rectangular headlights (honestly a nonstarter for me and why I was more interested in an Indian). He showed me a nightster, but it had the same degree of tech which he was again highlighting as a benefit. I asked him several questions about how long they had been using the digital interfaces and he said two years with absolutely no issues. That was an immediate red flag - all tech has issues. They may be uncommon and he might not be aware of them, but nothing is entirely free of issues. I want to know the truth about what I might deal with even if it means having to talk to service or something. After reiterating that I am not interested in that much tech he took me over to a Pan America. Are you kidding? The style? Not what I like. The tech? Not what I want. This was insulting and showed that he was NOT listening or taking my preferences seriously and I almost left at that point. He said that they had a fat bob outside. I said that wasn't one that was on my radar but I'd take a look. He walked me up to an FXDR. I asked what year and he said a 2023. I had seen the bikes and was interested in them but was not familiar enough to know what years they had been made, so I had no reason to suspect that this was not correct information. It is actually a 2019. The initial sale sheet said 2023. At NO POINT did anyone correct this, and it was just on my paperwork that I was sent home with. Fortunately, that would not have been a dealbreaker for me, but it will 100% give me extreme pause before ever buying a bike here again or recommending it (which probably is going to cost them a sale because my partner is actively in the market - c'est la vie). If their salesman doesn't even know the year and no one feels the need to correct the mistake, what other mistakes might they not correct, or what might they entirely miss? I don't believe that this was intentional, but attention to detail is SO important and lack of it makes me question depth of knowledge and quality of service. I am supposed to pick the bike up after they remove a stain from the seat...we'll see how that goes. Will update. There were some other hiccups with price changes, service changes, and tax changes that made the experience less than ideal but the sales manager did try to make it right, which I appreciate. If the sales/price stuff was all that went wrong I probably would have given a higher rating and be less reluctant to recommend them. The year thing is just so egregious to 1) not have known/verified before opening his mouth and 2) no one noticing or feeling the need to correct what the original salesman had written. read more

Purchased a bike from there, needed some help moving bike was told oh yeah but it'll be this much. We will be there 1sst thing in morning Saturday. That turns into last stop Saturday. They weren't even going to call. I called 4:10 they said give me 20 minutes I'll get back to you. No call so I call again 45 minutes later crickets. Now getting ready to close still NO call NO help. Worst service/help. If they do there research it's shit like this that they almost went under in the 70's and 80's. Poor customer service thinking there all that. I scheduled a service appointment and drove over an hour to get there. After checking in, I was told they might not be able to service my bike because several employees had called in. If that was the case, I really wish someone would have reached out before I made the trip. It's frustrating to have my time wasted, and I honestly don't understand how a business can turn away $700 worth of work. On a positive note, the lady at the counter was very professional and friendly, but unfortunately the overall experience left me disappointed. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. read more

Came here on Saturday with my husband to get a few shirts for us and I'm so happy we did - we were both greeted while entering- my husband found two shirts and at first I found nothing I liked until amazing Malia I believe her name was went above and beyond to help me - heck she helped several people and had such a sweet attitude- because of her I actually got a cute shirt that was in the back room - reasonably priced items , amazing employees and the shop was immaculate! I stopped in to pick up a shirt for my husband that said, "Pikes Peak" but they had a sign up where the shirts were supposed to be "Out of Stock". The Service Department here is absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with. I dropped my brand new, 2024 Low Rider ST off because of an oil leak on 9 August, literally still has temp tags on it. The oil leak is so bad that it sprays all over me when I ride it. They are extremely hard to reach on the phone, you will have to sit there and call all day for someone to answer. When I finally get Brooke to answer she said the part can't be found. That no one has it in stock (this is a known issue with Low Rider STs). She said Chase and JT are trying to get in touch with the manufacturer, well it's been 2 weeks? You also can't get in touch with the manufacturer. She had nothing else to say to me. They are obligated to fix my brand new bike. This is extremely frustrating as a brand new rider, and a new bike and our second bike purchase from this dealership. Never again! read more

Grab a shirt, go to the museum and buy your motorcycle elsewhere. They are overpriced, won't give much for a trade, and rude. Nothing about the buying experience was pleasant. At the time I was purchasing a Crossbones. But I suppose it won't matter because certain older customers will patronize them no matter the situation. This store and brand is for old-crusty-retirees who want their youth back and it shows, because they will pay and put up with anything. Go to Outpost Harley in Pueblo. The environment here is so welcoming and all the staff are fun-spirits and helpful when it comes to questions about bikes, parts and services. I was greeted by no less than five people with no feeling of pressure to buy anything, just the sense that they wanted to assist me in any way possible. Lots of H-D bikes, accessories, clothing, and more! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I picked up a dealership H-D muscle shirt, dealer pin and poker chip. Called service and they agreed to let me ship it to them directly so I wouldn't have to trailer it upon arrival in CO. They were very accommodating with my schedule, identified the issues upon arrival, and got everything fixed up and sorted quickly. One star is being generous but you can't give them no stars. I need everyone to read and share this. My dad John Burke went to Pikes Peak Harley-Davidson and traded in his 2008 Ultra Glide for a 2018 Ultra Glide. He went there to buy a Street Glide and they talked him into a Ultra Glide by saying they can make the tour pack detachable, and that would make it look like a Street Glide. His old bike had a USMC theme. His derby cover, timing cover and gas cap all had the EGA on them loud and proud. The said they would move all of that over to the new bike and they would move the floor boards from the old to the new bike. Because they said they could and would do that he went with the Ultra Glide. The only thing that was done was the detachable tour pack. When we went to pick it up and was told everything else didn't fit and could be moved over. So we asked for the parts off the old bike they had sentimental feeling to him. They said they sold the bike 2 days ago with everything on it. He took the bike home and started doing some research because you know a Marine isn't going to get into a fight without ammo. It turns out everything can be moved from one bike to the other. They sold the bike before they could get everything swapped and instead of telling us that they lied and said it didn't fit, and when my dad emailed them about everything and told them he want the money back for those parts they basically told him to kick rocks. Nice way to treat a veteran! The worst part about this is the person that bought the bike was never even in the Marine Corps, but he has a relative that is or was in the USMC. If that is true the relative of his better kick his ass for riding a bike with the EGA all over it and never worked to get it. Please share let's show Pikes Peak Harley-Davidson it not ok to treat are veterans like this. I was looking at a Street Glide there and it is marked down $5,000 I will rather pay the $5,000 and buy is somewhere else PPHD will never get another dollar from me or this family. read more

Props to Justin Flowers for selling me a bike last year that I am still totally in love with, and for being a stellar, standup salesman who continues to be there for the random question or concern that pops up with my bike, even a year after the fact. Sammy, in the service department, was fantastic to interact with too. Today, I dropped in without an appointment and he saw me right away, gave me thorough answers on what my ESP covers, and put some concerns I had about my primary to rest within a matter of minutes. After making an appointment to have work done on my rear LEGEND Suspension, I delivered my 2004 Road King Classic to Pikes Peak Harley on 2 Oct. 2021. I was advised on 07 Oct 2021 by Sammy, one of the service advisers, that I needed a complete new rear suspension due to LEGEND not having the correct parts. I am the orginal owner of the bike and know that the air suspension from Legend is warranted for life to the origional owner. I contacted Jared who works for Legend Suspension by E-Mail on the 7th of Oct. Jared responded very quickly and he said that he had just spoke with Pike's Peak Harley this very same day about my bike and advised the shop that all that was needed to repair my compressor was a new solenoid, which is only a $75.00 part. On the 9th of Oct. I went in to Pikes Peak Harley Harley and spoke with Sammy and asked him why he was trying to sell me a completed new air suspension, which cost approximatly $1800, when all I needed was a $75 dollar part. He seemed upset that I would insinuate that he was being unethical in his business dealings with me and went back to the service area and spoke with Daniel, the service tech who was working on my bike. Sammy returned and invited me into the service area where my bike was and I spoke with both Sammy and Daniel together. Daniel stated that he was the one who spoke with Jared from LEGEND and that everything was just a miscommunication problem between him and Sammy about the cost repairs of my bike. I told both of them that I wasn't happy about the way I was being treated and that I simply wanted them to fix the compressor and not try to sell me something I didn't need. I told both of them to just order a new compressor, which cost $400 and install it on my bike. After receiving no response I called the shop on Oct. 21, 2021 wanting to know what the delay was. I spoke with Patrick, a service advisor, and told him I wanted to speak with Sammy. Patrick advised me that Sammy was out to lunch but that he would tell Sammy to return my call when he returned from lunch. No response made to me that day. I called back the following day and again spoke with Patrick. Patrick advised me that both Sammy and Daniel were gone for the day but that Daniel would be back later in the day. I asked Patrick if he could give me a update on the bike. Patrick stated to me that the shop was waiting for me to give them authorization to install a new air suspension on the bike! Another miscommunication! During the 1st week of Nov. I contacted Sammy at the shop concerning the status of my bike. He said that the bike would be ready on Tues. which was the 9th of Nov. I called the shop on the 10th of Nov. requesting to speak with Sammy. Joel, another service advisor, answered the phone and said he would get Sammy on the phone. After waiting a few minutes, Joel returned and said that Sammy was out to lunch and that he would get Sammy to return my call upon his return, again, no return call from Sammy that day. I contacted Patrick that same day and wanted to know what the delay was. Patrick told me that they were still waiting for the compressor from LEGEND. It wouldn't had been too diffucult to relay this information to me. Pikes Peak Harley has had my bike since the 2nd of Oct. and now it's approaching the middle of Nov. and I'm still no closer to getting the bike done. Talked to Patrick on the 23rd of Nov. and was advised by him that the bike was ready and that it would be cleaned and ready when I arrived to pick it up later that day. I came in at 4:00 that day to pick up the bike. I took care of the bill while Patrick bought the bike around for me to pick up. When i saw the bike, it was filthy! I asked Patrick why the bike was so dirty when I was told that it would be cleaned before I picked it up. Patrick's response, "I don't know." Just wanting to get out of this place with my bike, I tested the compressor and charged the air bags. The bags inflated and I drove away from the shop. About five miles down the road on Interstate 25, I hit a bump on the road and the shocks bottomed out which almost caused me to lose control on a busy freeway! I guess nobody thought it was necessary to check that repair before releasing the bike to me. I finally arrived home and again fully charged the shocks. The next day, I checked the shocks and they were completely empty. Called on the 24th and Sammy answered the phone. I told Sammy that I wanted to speak to the service manager. I was put on hold, then Doug, who said he was the manager, spoke with me. I told him how unhappy I was with the repair job and that I could've been seriously injured. He apologized and said that he would arrive later that day and trailer the bike back to their shop and have it properly repaired. Bike was finally repaired and picked up by me on 30th of Nov. Appears fine, but a hell of a way to run a business. This place might be a good place to buy a bike but stay far, far away from their service department. read more

After asking me a few questions, CJ proceeded to show me a motorcycle I had interest in as a result of my research. He gave me a full descriptive background on the vehicle, provided me with a Manager approved "out-the-door" price, and offered to arrange transport and delivery of the motorcycle (2018 FLHR Road King) directly to my son in D.C. I found the entire sales experience to be professional, direct, personable and time efficient. My boyfriend and I went into PPHD to look for a leather jacket (for him). I could not find a jacket that would fit his frame, and I couldn't find any help. I am not a fan. I brought a bike into the service department for the following things: A service (70,000 miles), Examination of a leak between the engine and the transmission, Installation of previously purchased heated hand grips. After examination, they recommended replacing the front and rear brake pads. No problem. Over $1800 dollars later I get my bike back not only with the leak I brought it in for, but a brand new separate oil leak. I come back and point this out. They take the bike back into the shop. After being stranded for 6 more hours at the shop, I get the bike back again. No leaks. But no apology either. No offer to comp part of the bill for my time and frustration. Nothing. They decided to keep my money but lose my business. 8/16/14 - 6 weeks and 4,000 miles later, my engine seized. I took it to another shop who informed me that the base seals (the items replaced for the original leak), are not proper for this motorcycle and I will need to have my engine rebuilt. Although I cannot prove it, I am absolutely certain they destroyed my engine. Do not, do not, DO NOT, trust your machine to this service department. read more
