Bought a GS from Bill & he did a great job. Was there to buy a GSA and changed my mind last minute,…read moreand Bill was onboard with whatever I wanted. He attitude was genuine. However, I also bought some parts and Joey & Hope did a great job accommodating my needs. In addition, I told Joey I was buying a GSA & never told him I switched up to a GS. He had gotten the bags setup for the GSA and when he saw the GS instead of the GSA, he didn't miss a beat and effortlessly switched up the bags to the correct ones and both Joey & Hope and invested time in the GSA bags and never complained about my mistake. Also, I purchased new helmets with headsets. Joey installed everything and made sure the fits were perfect. Joey went above & beyond. Highly recommend Colorado Springs Powersports. They will get you taken care of.

I'd like to thank Miki and the entire team at Colorado Springs Powersports for making my recent…read moremotorcycle purchase absolutely effortless. The staff is remarkably professional, and I was impressed with every point of contact I had at the dealership. They all came across as people who genuinely wanted to help me find the right bike at an incredibly fair price. I recently had a negative experience shopping for a motorcycle at a Denver dealer. I found their staff to be pushy, dishonest, and condescending. It was pretty disheartening. I'm so glad that I reached out to Colorado Springs Powersports. They couldn't have made the experience any simpler. I usually buy a new motorcycle every 3-5 years, and I hope to do business with them again in the future!

From the moment we walked in, we received a very warm welcome and outstanding customer service. The owner took the time to answer our questions and helped us navigate the different bikes and equipment. As newcomers to the sport, we really appreciated his patience, knowledge, and willingness to help. This will definitely be our go-to place for dirt bikes and gear in the future. Highly recommended!

When I pulled up, the…read moreShop was absolutely bursting at the seams with vehicles- ATVs, dirtbikes, you name it (it's Summer). Despite this, the shop door rolled up at the exact time of my arrival and I was efficiently directed where to park. I went in, dropped off my keys, and the front desk checked that they'd be able to fit me in. I understood, due to the volume of vehicles. When he returned, he confirmed it was ok to drop off, but mentioned they may not be able to get to my service that day. Not a problem, I wasn't in any hurry, and again- could see how full up they were. Imagine my surprise when I got a call saying I was ready prior to the end of that same day! I made sure to hurry in and grab my vehicle to clear up space for their shop. The service offered at this place is appreciated. I'll be back.

Bought two Buddy 125's from Sportique back in 2006 when they were located on Pikes Peak. No sales…read morepressure at all, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We participated in several group rides they put on and always had a ton of fun. Unfortunately, in early 2007 I was involved in a very serious accident on my scooter. I was hit by a girl who ran a stop sign who of course claimed she "didn't see me" and the police report claimed I had no lights. My wife went down to Sportique and the sales manager at the time (whom I believe is gone now) wrote a wonderful document on company letter head stating that our Buddies complied with a certain section of DOT code mandating that it be impossible to even run the scooter without lights on. Copies of that letter went into the police report and to the attorneys that inevitably became involved. That letter and the support they showed us well after the sale is above and beyond in my book. Sadly, I never replaced my Buddy and the wife sold her's when she got pregnant. I ride a BMW now, but I sure do miss my scooter. A "real" motorcycle is fun, but its just not the same. The most fun you can have on two wheels is a scooter from Sportique.
