Spa is immaculate owner along with the other young lady are amazing for great customer service and you have a myriad of workouts along with the benefit of the infrared light. It is kind of pricey. I pay $68 a month and you need to give 60 day notice for contract. The $68 only gets you one location or it is $86 a month. Regardless, it is a wonderful workout opportunity. The quality of instruction is high and the practice is varied--a wide range of classes are available, as is one-on-one instruction on the Reformer, Cadillac, and other machinery as well. While many pilates locations employ instructors with modest experience, at best, Amy, Francesca, and others at this studio have themselves studied long and hard with the finest teachers to become the capable, experienced instructors they are. I have been attending Downtown Yoga classes for the last six months and love exploring new styles of yoga. After one session, in which a new student seemed to be having a difficult time with the poses, the instructor waited for the others to file out before going to speak with him. He explained that he lacked hip flexibility due to a previous injury. I was astonished when she recommended that he try a special class at another studio that was more suitable to his needs. The instructors at Downtown Yoga sincerely care about their students and their bodies. Downtown Yoga also offers classes for children, athletes, individuals who are new to yoga. Themed workshops and teacher training programmes are offered, as well.

I think you have to start there before progressing to level 1.5 and then level 2. Bring grip socks or you can purchase there. Bring water as well. They have small open shelves where you can place your belongings. The instructor will walk you through the routine and explain each movement to familiarize you with the Pilates language. EX: I didn't know what table top meant before the instructor explained it. Because I'm visiting, I purchase single classes that run $35.00/class. You could get a membership.
