The instructor kept us pushing just the right amount -- challenging but totally doable -- and we got a lot done in that hour. The energy in the room was focused, calm, and motivating. By the end, I felt completely reset -- body and mind. And those cold lavender towels at the end? Pure magic. The perfect way to cool down and walk out feeling like a new person. The teachers are all really kind and welcoming and the classes are calming and spiritual. It's a great space for all different types of yoga.
