She is very easy to communicate with and, to paraphrase the above, radiates joy and energy. He class packages are an excellent value. Her massage was perfect in timing, ambience, and execution. Also, to make a yoga pun, she's very flexible in her classes and style, and very knowledgeable about yoga history and philosophy. She teaches by example.
