His exercise not only works on your strength but also help you reduce pain in body, my left shoulder pain that I had because of accident over the years is completely gone. Exercises are great, you never ever get bored out of them, always something new. first two months it starts with building good postures and then exercises. as you move towards higher strength, exercised pattern changes as well. I have been exercising regularly for more than 35 years, and have been practicing Pilates for 13 years. I did Pilates for 12 years at a health club in the San Fernando Valley, and have been doing Pilates and Barre Class with Paulo at "Body By Paulo" since July 2016. I can honestly say that my one year of Pilates Classes and Barre Classes with Paolo has far surpassed the entire 12 years of Pilates I did elsewhere! Paulo, who owns and operates this wonderful studio, is very knowledgeable and experienced at instructing both Pilates and Barre. He custom designs and facilitates every class uniquely, and is an expert at what seems like a million different ways of using the Reformer and the various Pilates and Barre props we use. He carefully orchestrates the choreography of each and every exercise, and he gives individualized attention by setting up and checking every student for correctness of position and execution, even when all eight beds are occupied. To keep it fresh and interesting, he changes the choreography of each class on a weekly basis. And, to top it off, he always plays wonderful music that is very motivating. Paulo is absolutely amazing, and has helped me so much! When I started with Paulo, my strength had been reduced pretty significantly due to a year off from regular exercise leading up to, and then as a result of, my hip replacement surgery. The kindness and patience Paulo had with me during my post-hip-replacement recovery was extraordinary! In addition to Paulo always making sure that everyone in class was positioned right and doing their exercises correctly like he normally does, he always took extra special care to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly at all times, and he constantly monitored and corrected my posture, as needed. He was also very supportive, uplifting, and encouraging. As a result of my consistent hard work and Paolo's amazing help, I got back to where I had been before the surgery when I had been working out on a regular basis, and at this point, I have honestly even exceeded it. I'm very grateful. I happen to enjoy a clean environment, so I'm happy to report that the beds at "Body By Paulo" are sanitized after every class by each student, and are also cleaned on a regular basis by Paolo's staff. The cost of Paulo's classes is reasonable and affordable, and parking is ample and free. If you're looking for a great exercise studio for Pilates and Barre Classes, with an expert instructor who also genuinely cares, then look no further, because "Body By Paulo" should be your first choice! Highly, highly recommend!

I've seen her in her many elements and can attest that whichever you choose to hire for; she'll exceed any expectations. Her bartending skills are great! She is quick, efficient, kind, patient and can hold her own under pressure for sure! As a trainer, she makes sure to tend to your needs and has a true desire to understand your needs and goals and helps make plan to meet them. Did I mention she is so amazing with kids?! She is patient and truly knows how to level with them and has a fun, gentle and positive approach.
