I come into Pilates with a background in martial arts and CrossFit. Due to various injuries, I was having a lot of trouble keeping up with the sports I loved doing. I tried Pilates V and another studio in the area and really preferred the laid back yet technical focus of Pilates V to the overly fitness-y style of the other one. They charge $15-25 for canceled classes due to illness. I signed up for the first 5 classes deal, and had to cancel a class at the last minute due to migraine. Next thing I knew, my cc was charged for the classes, because I emailed them instead of cancelling through the system, which is apparently their general policy. Horrible experience as a beginner - I would not sign up for classes if I had to do it again. read more

This brand new facility has all the things i love about the Willow Glen location. The studio is immaculately clean, the equipment works perfectly, and the instructors are great. Pilates is the best over all work out in my opinion. I love what the Pilates routine has done for my body. read more

DO NOT BUY A CLASS PASS. I bought a 10 class pass a few days before Covid hit, and I truly regret it. Despite several requests, they have kept my money and refused to refund me even though they can no longer provide me the services I paid for. They aren't responsible for the pandemic and closures, but they are certainly responsible for how they take care of their customers. Despite a very limited opening, they are refusing to refund customers who have moved or had other life changes during the last year. They send an infuriating email informing me of their "no refunds policy", and imposed credit expiration dates that are unreasonable. They also suggested that I could "gift" my $200 pass to someone else and refused to refund me. A more customer friendly reply would have had me as a customer for life. But now, I would advise everyone to have a much more tempered and cautious approach to this business. If you choose to go there--do not pay in advance for a pass. Not worth it. read more

Pilates V is excellent. The studio is VERY clean and organized and the instructors are warm, knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciate the amount of classes that are offered and that the group sizes are not too large. The instructors are very well informed and offer suggestions to help your form etc. The front staff is also super friendly and welcoming. I look forward to my classes. read more

I was first introduced to their classes and studio by a coworker and really enjoy coming despite having a long day at work. The studios are super clean and the equipment seem all new and sanitized. I have had the pleasure of taking classes with 3 different instructors although I think there are still more. They each have their own style but will get you a good workout regardless. I've taken classes at other establishments and they are too overcrowded. You don't get any personal attention to correct your form. At Pilates V, the class sizes are much much smaller so the instructor easily sees when their is someone needing help. I will definitely continue coming! read more

This place is fantastic! The teachers are all so knowledgeable and clear with their instructions - and the facilities are clean. It is also super easy to book classes online. Love this place and wanted to buy a membership but I can never get in the Sat or Sunday classes! Since it's a new studio, there's a learning curve in how far out you need to schedule your classes. I finally figured it out, with the help of the kind staff there. I enjoy the small classes and the instructors, although I've only had 2, they are both very knowledgeable and helpful. read more

I hate to give this place 5 stars because I know it will draw more people but this is really a solid studio. I first checked out a similar studio who offered a free class but that was only 30 minutes. Pilates V offered a one hour free class and wasn't pushy abt selling memberships like that other place. I feel like I got a strong understanding of the equipment the first day, as it can seem intimidating but the instructor, Annie, was very patient, and concise. I like the ease of scheduling appointments. I've had to move recently so it has prevented me from taking more classes. I took Pilates about 10 years ago and I know someone instructors go through a quick training but Annie communicated so well, showed a true understanding of the body and movement and I definitely trust her. I can't wait to see how much my posture will improve over the coming weeks. read more

I'm totally new to the Pilates world and I've never taken a yoga class in my life. Pilates V has been great so far! The instructors are so sweet and take the time to teach proper technique without making it blatantly obvious that I have no idea what I'm doing. I've had a great experience with others in the class too. I know they are there to for themselves but have been so helpful with explaining things to me when the instructor is speaking or helping another. Overall, it has been a great experience to help supplement my other exercise activities and help build strength without making it unbearable. For someone who is athletic but used to other outlets (crossfit, team sports, weight lifting, etc), this is a wonderful change up that is as much relaxing as it is challenging. The studio is clean, the equipment is new and the customer care ladies are amazing. The first timer specials are great too. Highly recommend and I'm excited to keep it going! read more

Love love this place. Very clean very professional. My husband has some bulging disks & this is helping his back! All you have to do is get the app and book your classes. Very easy to do. There are lots of class times to choose from. If you can't get a class time you want you can go book a class at there other locations! It's a win win read more

Lovely (calming, cozy clean) studio, consistently varied and entertaining workouts, and the instructors are well educated.

This new studio is amazing-clean, fresh and always feels good to be here-the teachers are wonderful-each and every person makes you feel welcomed and inspires you to be strong and healthy.
