So far my fav instructor is Ninel, she's fun with great energy. But mind you all the instructors I've had are a real pleasure in class. The customer service is also exceptional I sent an email about a class re-schedule and to call for a few questions I had and they answered and called within 10 mins of my email. I genuinely enjoy the classes, especially Maxeen's Suspend 1.5 and, more recently, Paula's classes as well. Maxeen has a very calm and encouraging teaching style. She explains movements clearly and thoroughly, and her workouts are always challenging in the best way. Paula brings a different energy--she's focused, disciplined, and reminds me of an old-school dance instructor. She's not for the faint of heart but she pushes you to work hard, and the results definitely show. I'm writing this while feeling the effects of both instructors' classes--my abs, hamstrings, and glutes are SO sore after taking Maxeen's Suspend class yesterday and Paula's class today. But honestly, I love it! I recently reduced my membership from 8 classes per month to 4, but after seeing how great I feel and the progress I'm making, I'm seriously considering increasing it again. The workouts are effective, the instructors are fantastic, and I always leave feeling stronger and happier. I'd also like to give a shout-out to the manager, Lex . She's absolutely the sweetest and so helpful! I adore her. It's always a pleasure to see her.

Ritual is located in a strip mall close to Trader Joe in Thousand Oaks. The studio offers a wide range of classes and a tasteful array of retail. The studio is bright and clean, and offers a relaxing calming studio. Outside of the studio there are plenty of places to store your belongings. My experience at the studio was great- despite the fact that I barely got to practice. I appreciated the yoga instructor and his patience during this experience- it was fun to have puppies in the class. The instructions throughout this experience was relaxing and informative. I look forward to trying a more typical class despite loving the distractions from puppies. Parking is ample at this strip mall. The shopping is busy so be careful in the lot and be prepared to walk a little bit.

I was about a year postpartum when I joined the gym and I can honestly say that Diana helped me feel good again. Her motivational words with the right amount of push helped me get breakthrough in my work out journey. The gym is immaculate. Bathrooms are clean and always well stocked with hair ties and all the women necessities. The community is great. Parking can be a little though depending on the time of day because they're located right outside of the mall, but you always find a spot. Over all love this gym. It's been a long time since I've done pilates and I was really struggling. I wish I remembered the name of the instructor because she was absolutely horrible. She wasn't helpful at all with making modifications so that I could get through the class. She also didn't check my machine beforehand and there were no weights on the springs so no wonder I was struggling. Instead of apologizing, she kind of snickered. Lastly, the music was so loud and the headset seemed to produce a lot of static so it was hard to understand her. I left feeling really disappointed and very out of place, this was not a welcoming experience.

I booked the beginner class for my first visit and the inst did a great job going through all the moves and showing us the layout of the reformer. I felt challenged, but not overwhelms and before I knew it the class was over. Since then, I have enjoyed showing up each and every week with various instructors who all have their method and approach which I love.
