I started Pilates about 7 months ago. I had a private class with Beth so I'm not too overwhelmed. After my class with her I signed up for 8 classes a month, a month into it I signed up to the unlimited membership since I wanted to go more often. To say I am in love with Pilates and the studio is an understatement. This is the most welcoming place I've been to. From the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed with a friendly smile, then you meet your instructor who again welcomes you and helps you through the class. The place is clean, accessible and all around great. I highly recommend for anyone who is new to Pilates and anyone who has been doing it for a while. read more

Just when you start liking an instructor they change them. Every week is a different person. Other than that it's a lovely studio.

I have so far taken 6 classes with 6 different teachers and they have ALL been amazing. The classes are creative and challenging with layers so you can work at whatever level you are feeling that day. After each class you definitely feel like you got a solid full body workout. Visited from out of town and was hoping to find a pilates studio to call home when I visit family for the holidays. Ya Fit was my first instructor and she was absolutely amazing. I've been attending this Pilates studio for over a year now, and I can't say enough great things about it! The instructors, especially Beth and Megan, are absolutely fantastic. Their helpful cues allow me to work at my own pace and skill level, which is a real confidence boost. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and welcoming to people of all fitness levels. On a pilates machine you can adjust the springs to fit your energy level. After two back surgeries, I was amazed to find that when I'm consistently doing Pilates, my back pain disappears. If I lapse or go on a trip, I know I need to get back into the studio for Core class to stay pain-free. The music always sets the perfect tone, and I leave each session feeling refreshed (though definitely a little sore the next day!). I've never been this dedicated to a workout routine before, and I'm now excitedly working toward my 100th class. This is a wonderful studio that holds positive energy and the best instructors. I particularly enjoy the classes I've taken with Yafit, Tatiana, and most recently Ariel. Each instructor gives you a great work out that challenges you and works muscles that you didn't even know you had. They are all welcoming and have a gift for teaching. They know exactly how to give you descriptors that help you translate that into movement on the reformer. There are 10 reformers so classes are small enough that you get valuable feedback on your form and the opportunity for modifications when needed. I especially appreciate that I can always get into the classes that fit into my schedule which sometimes can be difficult at other studios. I've been coming here for two weeks now and I absolutely love it here. After only doing three classes I have seen so much improvement with my core and posture. I can't wait to see how else my body will continue to improve and grow stronger with more classes I'll be taking. Great studio! Teachers are awesome, studio is super clean, and Balance Body reformers are new. Between Core and Dynamic, both classes give you a great workout. Core is less cardio, dynamic will make you sweat. I've taken classes with Yafit and Brianna and both are challenging in different ways. If you're a beginner, try Brianna's Core class. If you're advanced, Yafit's Dynamic class without a doubt. Modifications are given in all classes and everyone from students to teachers are super non-judgmental. It's a friendly, non-intimidating environment. I also like that they're adding new stuff to keep it interesting - props like weights, rings and bosu. They recently added complimentary beverages and also gave students a cute stainless tumbler to celebrate Valentine's Day! If you have the chance, grab your grip socks and definitely take a class. read more

What a Fantastic workout. The location is so convenient! All the teachers at Ya Fit studio are incredibly knowledgeable! (Bree is phenomenal). Classes are SO GOOD and the teachers are all able to adjust and accommodate to the students abilities and needs. The studio is always clean and organized. You can find classes for every level, and even a stretch Pilates class at the end of the day with dimmed lights and calm music. This place is absolutely amazing. A friend of mine told me about YAFIT Pilates and I decided to go with her on her next class. I tried the Dynamic Pilates class. It was my first time doing pilates so I was a bit nervous. My Instructor Yarib Muños was really nice and extremely helpful. She would help me position myself correctly to get the best work outs. You can tell they are passionate and really good at what they do here. It's free for your first visit and they have all types of different packages that will for your budget. I don't like reviewing places I love because I don't want a lot of people to go there but this place deserves a shout out. I have looked for a Pilates studio for YEARS but couldn't find one I really connected with. Ya Fit has filled that void. So clean, beautiful, positive and amazing classes. I've taken almost all instructors but my favorite BY FAR is Brianna. I feel Brianna is a big part of Ya Fit Pilates success. She is so warm, welcoming, out going, knowledgeable, caring and probably one of the best instructors I've ever had in my 18 years of doing Pilates. I can not recommend this studio enough. I feel so blessed to have found this place. I came to Ya Fit Pilates because my back has been hurting for months. A friend suggested that I try Pilates and after the first session, although the workout was difficult, I woke up the next day with my back pain almost completely gone. As long as I keep going to classes my back pain stays away, and I am so grateful. Every teacher is an expert here and they take really good care of you before during and after class, taking into account any injuries. I also love that everyone knows my name when I walk in. I've tried so many of the Pilates studios from Woodland Hills to Westlake, and this is the best, so glad I found it! A lot of the bigger franchises make it so you can never get a class, they have so many members, it's a waste of your money as you are on a waiting list just to use the $ you already paid. Ridiculous!
