I spoke to the inspector to let him know I was the one who paid for the test and it was none of the tenants business what the results were. The inspector did speak with the tenant after I requested him not to. He proceeded to let the tenant know what other test that can be done, when he left the tenant went up to his car and had a private conversation with him. I saw on my ring camera her walking up to the car and speaking to him through the passenger side window it showed that she was speaking to him for at least two minutes. I called Webb property inspection company to find out what kind of information he gave to the tenant. That this was supposed to be private that nothing should have been said to her. They (Jen) said she would speak to management and keep me updated. I called first thing in the morning never heard back from her, I called again and was told the same thing. I never heard from them the rest of that whole day. I would not hire them because they will not keep information private!
