As first time home buyers my husband and I needed an inspector that was knowledgable, trustworthy, and thorough. John Koch checked all of those boxes for us. Our house was built in 1960 and had been moved and renovated several times. John helped us to understand the present condition of our home and our options for fixing it, maintaining it and improving it as well as which issues we should prioritize. At the inspection Johnny was cordial and friendly and invited me to be involved in the home inspection process which was completely different from prior inspections I've had done.
