Many emails or parts of emails were simply ignored (simple requests for ETA's for example). - 2.5yrs later (I previously rated 2 stars but had to backtrack on this) AFTER the flat sale went through, it transpired that the land registry element of the service was not carried out; a CORE function of the solicitors responsibility. They did apologise, however then took a further FOUR MONTHS to put the situation right. I had somehow been a home owner without having my name on the official deeds. Overall I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for your conveyancing needs.
