From the experience this was the dirtiest pilot that I have ever visited. The parking lot is really dirty and it seems like it was never cleaned. I'm talking about the borders of that truck stop. There are a lot of garbage. Next the bathrooms aren't clean at all and it has the weird smell. It smells like heavy mold there and instead of AC they have cheap fan that blows on you. It was really uncomfortable there i felt regret that I didn't stop 20 miles before Kansas City. There is also not parking here at all this truck stop looks very small. I'm highly suggesting to stop somewhere else before the Kansas City if you will come here in the evening, you will regret it because you will not find here no parking. From my own experience, I would highly suggest you to avoid this place. read more

Worst truck stop I've ever seen in my life. weekend stay here and for 2 days there was no soap in the toilet. half of the gas pumps are not working. Typical of Pilot truck stops everywhere, there is virtually no parking for the amount of trucks that fuel here. They have a CAT Scale and I needed to weigh my wagon, so I visited. It is a fuel stop with very limited parking. read more

This is the worse pilot in the franchise. Why? Food is terrible and not fresh and hot. Pumps are poorly managed and there's little to no parking. The lady that made my food did NOT care. Meat was cold and not covered, poorly wrapped burrito with guacamole everywhere. Time I was there was 2:30pm cst Jan 4th 2021. No paper towels at the pumps and Fuel Everywhere!! Used to be a Valero. Its Pilot now. I actually gave this place 6 stars. This is the cleanest most well organized fuel stop I have ever been in. Period! They have a taco/burrito plate set up where they make it to order and the usual chicken/fish fried stuff in a warming case but all of it was unbelievably fresh and clean and the mexican food I ordered was delicious. The parking and fueling entry and ease of getting to this place around the interstate system is so awful it lost a star there but i would put up with that for the food. Nice employees too! read more

Stopped in this pilot they have a really really good chile Verde burrito chile verde taste good . The only thing I tried so far but their chili Colorado looks pretty damn good too. read more

Was at this place again yesterday. Bathrooms were destroyed. Gut in front of me in line was asking for a shower. 2 people working and he's told 45-60 minutes because someone will have to clean a shower. One employee was doing the register, over was just sitting behind the register area doing nothing. Don't waste your time at this place. read more

Very small location, stopped here for the night as we had a delivery across the way at the Associated Wholesale place. Even at 3 in the afternoon their 30 spaces were already all taken. We snuck some space off to the side by the natural fuel pumps and just kind of made a spot. We aren't alone now either, an hour later and we're practically boxed in. The place is popular. We grabbed one of the two showers before dinner, the room itself is clean but the towels look like they were bought at Walmart AGES ago. Very grungy. Store itself is very well kept and organized, we noticed the taco bar or whatever it was but we had others plans. Overall not a horrible location just get here early! read more

I sat where I could see the person cleaning the showers. I can guarantee that the only thing he did was mop. He wasn't in the shower room long enough to even wipe down the sink or toilet with the used towels (GROSS and I've seen that done at another Pilot/Flying J). The machine used to pay for the washers/dryers isn't working and the machines don't like to accept quarters. read more
