Ugh, I did not enjoy my experience here at the gas pumps. It was busy, cars were facing different directions, pump nozzles don't reach around your car to the other side, and it was hard to operate the payment system. Would not come back here. read more

this was the cheapest gas I'd found BEFORE HEADING FARTHER INTO OR, but the bloody place is NOT DESIGNED FOR CLASS A RV towing a car, I could not get close enough to the pump, so I left && NOW have to PAY $.80 more a gallon due to trumpies STUPUD ILLEGAL WAR ! ! ! now MORE THAN $2 a gallon than what I PAID LAST FALL. for a so called place that is suppose to cater to travelers this is UNACCEPTABLE read more

My wife is in a wheelchair, and so when we travel by car we are always looking for a consistently clean and accessible place to stop! There are a couple of truck stops that I won't mention here.....but Pilot is definitely a place we look for on our travels. Travel centers can be a little mundane and predictable.....it is nice as a traveler to know that when I pull in that the wife will be happy. I don't take that for granted! read more

Best shower ive had in months. This pilot seems to be cheaper than most around the region and thus attracts a lot of customers.

This Pilot is crazy busy. The parking lot is a disaster. You might want to avoid it if you can.

I needed a jump to get my reefer started and a very nice employee ( by the name of Shannon) happily came out into the parking lot and helped me out using her vehicle to jump the battery on my reefer. read more

Busy Fuel Station. They sell just about everything for a traveling crew. We needed to use the facilities and of course feed the bear (me). They have a McDonald's and a Subway. I wan intending on getting a chocolate milkshake from Mc. D's..... until I went past the Subway counter. A milkshake lost out to a sandwich. I stopped my Wife. Wrapped my arms around her and like a kid thinking it may be difficult to tell my Wife, I've changed my mind, (I haven't been sleeping well.). We walked back to Subway. We both bought 6" subs and a fountain drink. Sandwiches and cups in hand we have to go back to the Pilot Center Fuel Station part and use the Soda Fountain there. That's how they do it here. The problem. You get customers from 3 different locations all trying to get fountain drinks from 2 soda stations but no one will crowd it because of C-19. We took a minute because only 1 station had ice and the syrup to soda ratio was way off on a few drinks. That, or they're not testing the soda to see if it tastes correct. I finally got something I wouldn't mind and left. There were several people waiting for us to finish. Sorry. Pilot Center wasn't too bad. The people rushed the counters but stayed socially distant. The employees all seemed nice and the store was clean. The gas station lines looked a little like we were leaving a disaster zone. The attendant had a mask on his....... neck and several people walking around with no masks but we wear ours and try and keep safe. We usually stop by the casino nearby. Its about the same. Still an oasis on the road. Just stay safe. read more

If a place has working bathrooms.... that is good enough for me. But this place is also super clean and offers a nice selection for food and snacks, seems VERY well stocked, random gift aisles (always fun to look through) and employees are friendly. This Pilot has a Subway and McDonald's connected to it, but if I hadn't already placed my order at McDonald's I would have been tempted by the hot dogs they had, even walking by them they smelled soooo delicious but I am also a sucker for gas stop type of food. Always next time I guess. I have never stopped here to use their showers or anything like that, but otherwise this is a great option to have to stop at during a long drive. read more

Professional driver; great and friendly staff..facility ; fix the janky bathroom stalls, broken missing hooks in bathrooms and showers , service towel dispensers and put a few metal shelves up around the sinks to put stuff on..Corporate needs to inspect and improve all Oregon flying J's and increase the pay for your staff read more

Excellent, clean truck stops with great service! My husband has gone there for years and years and collects bonus points which he uses regularly to save him lots of money! Swears by them! These truck stops are always plentiful on the road and are quite large so they can accommodate a lot of trucks! Always have a fast food restaurant in them, besides a real restaurant where you can enjoy a home cooked meal! Great showers and clean restrooms, plus lots of accessories you can purchase to make your trip nicer such as DVD's, souvenirs, clothing, and anything & everything you would need for your truck! read more

This place needs to double it's parking and add 5more high flow diesel pumps. Every time I've been here the showers and coffee are hot. There is a subway and McDonald's inside, but not a truckers lounge. If this ones full and your headed west bound, roll on down to the space age. read more

Clean, stocked and a fairly large amount of parking for trucks. many don't realize there is an upper level of truck parking. Granted it could use more pumps, but I rarely ever find a line up. The staff has always been friendly and every stop here has always been pleasant for me. There are other spots to stop out here, but I keep ending up here. read more

Bathrooms were decent and lots of food options BUT not worth the stop if you don't want to deal with racism. The cashier, who even said she was the manager, was so rude. read more

Great stop off of I-84 with large, clean bathrooms. They have a great selection of snacks and good coffee with a nice selection of creamers. There's also a Subway connected. read more

This is a Truck stop and Travel center plus the local Grey Hound Station I love the new coffee stations they have put in the Pilot Truck Stops, you now have a choice of about 8-10 different types of coffee this location also has a 24 hour McDonald's and 24 hour Subway so you can get your eat on at any time of the day or night Parking lot is kinda small for Big Rigs but thy do have a over flow lot not sure how big that one is, I am usually in and out Grab a Subway Sandwich, a cup of Joe and wash my windows and Mirrors then back on the road in under 15 minutes read more

They never have enough gas attendants. Do not go here if you're in a hurry. Just skip it and go down the road to Space Age.

Horrible customer service. Traveling from Boise to Spokane and my daughter lost her AirPods. Called to ask if anyone had turned them in and the girl who answered the phone was very rude. She said she was "very busy" and told me she didn't have time for that and she hung up on me. Rude. Won't visit another Pilot. Ever. Unacceptable. read more

This is, by far, the WORST travel stop experience I have ever had. There was one fuel attendant with lines at all pumps, and the inside employees were rude. Also, the attached subway doesn't take gift cards. read more

It's a Pilot travel center, they have most everything, this one me have the upgraded showers and bathrooms as most do now, staff is friendly, fresh coffee, has both fuel for truckers and gasoline for cars, this location for truck drivers can be a pain cause the lines to get fuel can be a long wait, also parking is spread out, limited, and somewhat on a hill for most of it, I gave 3 stars for this clarion cause of the fuel wait, and no one likes to pretty much fall off there bunk when trying to sleep. read more

This place sucks! One attendant for all pumps and they let drivers leave their cars at pumps to go to mcdonalds and use the restroom. It took us 30 minutes to get gas here. Unbelievable. read more
