Just had the cops call on me for parking on the property. So I'm a truck driver and I paid for parking hours before arrived. When I arrived there were no spots available at all but the app said it was 4 spots still available for purchase. I parked on the lot, went inside and asked for assistance in finding a spot. I was told that the lady responsible for that wasn't going back outside after dark. (Please note it was about 19:30 with the sky clear and bright enough to see the clouds in the sky) I said, "she need to come out now to find a spot if that is the rule at this store." She then rudely walked away. I went back out to search again and found nothing. I came into the store a total of three times asking for assistance and no one was willing to help. I was out of time on my 14 and couldn't go anywhere else so I moved to the front parking lot near McDonald. About 30 minutes later the same lady that said she couldn't come outside made her way outside to call my company and the cops on me about moving. She said I will have to find parking in the rear and I told her if the spot I paid for was available I wouldn't have to park up front. She proceeded to argue with me about the parking spot a paid for until the cops arrived. The cops were pretty cool but they asked me to leave because they said I was trespassing and if I didn't they would put me in cuffs and take me to jail. REALLY??? OVER A PARKING SPOT??? I said all of that to say don't spend your money at this location. These people are underpaid and overworked with a chip on their shoulder. Shoutout to the guy who did try to calm the situation and the girl leaving work at the time. I appreciate y'all and the Brasleton Police Department. Please bypass this location and don't pay for parking there because if you get there late and someone is already in it they will get it at your expense. I will also be pushing this matter up to the corporate office for the treatment of a paying customer. Safe travels everyone read more

Nice attention to detail with the trash cans and windshield cleaning stations in the charging area. You wouldn't know you were at a Pilot/Flying J if you saw all the diesel pumps functioning. As an added bonus, these pumps are causing a dangerous traffic situation leading to the surrounding roadways. I'm wondering what treasures I'll find inside. I'm certain I'll deal with PFJ's creepily intrusive data collecting policy of using the barcode on the back of my driver's license for tobacco purchases, but I wonder what offense will assail me when I go inside. Don't go to this location after dark. Maintence are under strict orders not to move trucks from reserve or non reserve. That also means if you park in reserve and someone blocks you in, you have to wake the person or people up to make them move and if they refuse to, you have to call the police yourself. Atop that at least one pump is always down on the truck diesel side. It's always a traffic jam and they won't answer the phones when you call in about someone sitting on the pump or sleeping on the pump. read more

I live local and avoid this Pilot station. I drive a diesel pickup that uses DEF. This is one of few stations in the area offering it (which is why they got 1 star). I have to get in line with the 18 wheelers that are usually backed up onto hwy 53. The pumps in the rear of the station are nasty. Diesel fuel is thick on the ground and on all pump nozzles. You do not get a receipt at the pump and need to not track in the fuel that's on your feet. I had to scrub my shoes when I got home. I agree with others that this is the worst Pilot I have ever visited. I would like to do business there since they offer the fuel types I need and allow me to use my Good Sam's discount. I also think they should tear down this station and relocate to a larger property. read more

There are no brain surgeons working here! I went in to get a shower and the only person working didn't know how to ring up the charge so I didn't get one. I guess Pilot has all the business they want. From the looks of how nasty this place is I wonder what the employees homes look and smell like. I know it's a truck stop but geese! Tons of stuff for the road traveler, I'll-look-at-that-later. What mattered most of all for this stop was a super clean bathroom. Ahhhhhh.... On the way back to the car, lots of goodies for the ride. Not just a great selection of snacks and hot dogs and drinks (lots of caffeine!) but tshirts and hats and DVDs and things for truckers like CB radios. This Pilot is attached to a McDonalds, one of the few I have found lately that does not offer free wi-fi. read more

My first encounter with a Pilot Travel Center - they all seem to share a building with a fast food restaurant - this one was connected to a McDonald's where I ate lunch. This one is located off of Interstate 85 (exit 129) in Georgia. PIlot Travel Centers carry a whole lot of stuff - way more than your traditional convenience store - or even a 7-11. In addition to snacks, beverages, toiletries, and gas pumps - this one had showers, laundry services, two ATMs, wireless internet access, automotive supplies, and more. I was looking for an auto charger for my iPhone - I had left mine at home and my iPhone battery was dangerously low. They carried a good selection of iPod and iPhone chargers, cables, and adapters. I was thrilled! I snagged one, along with some bottled water and a bottle of Starbucks iced coffee. read more

They need to tear it down & start over. Hire new employees who have been trained to clean the restrooms, coffee area & keep food in general in a healthy fashion. They also need security for the lot, everyone parks where they want, blocking fuel islands & just have bad manners to others. Not able to get out of fuel island due to no room and other truckers pulling so far forward, you have to wait til they decide to move. The further east we go, the worse it is.. Nasty, filthy, dirty doesn't cover it. Coffee station sticky and spills all over, cappuccino machine out of order and there was goop all over the buttons, floors sticky, smells in the air like dirty mop water, bathroom women's restroom had poop stains all over toilet, trash bags laying in baby changing table, paper towels sitting out getting wet. Would not recommend a stop here. read more

they never have showers at night there is 3 employees here and they have the showers closed. i dont understand why when i worked here they was only one person here a few nights and we kept them open while running counter... this is ridiculous... get help that aint high all the time and aint lazy, the bathrooms are nasty and have no tp etc, the game machines are closed down, and the coolers have hardly anything in them.... quit hiring kids read more

I bought fuel at the Pilot in Braselton, GA this morning. I was trying to throw trash out in the barrel. Then the guy picking up the trash starts yelling at me and comes up to me like he's about to swing a fist. I told him he needs to calm down. Then the island I where I was getting fuel only one pump worked. The next island next to me the pump had a sign that it doesn't shut off and there's diesel all over the ground. The bathrooms are hardly serviced and they don't always have available showers. I drive all over the country and our DC is out of Braselton. I only go to this Pilot when I absolutely have to. After this morning's incident I'm done with this Pilot. I'm not sure why this Pilot is so bad, but it really needs to be knocked down and build a new one. read more

BYOC, (BRING YOUR OWN CUP) This place is okay for an emergency stop. I am not going to knock them because they were there in an emergency. After holding my bladder while crews addressed the grass fires, I was about to explode! My immediate thought was to run into McDonald's but there are no bathrooms here; you have to go into the convenience store. While the main floors were a little trashed, the bathrooms were actually clean and I certainly appreciated this. Whatever you do, don't try to purchase ice here because they charge 59 cents and although this is a nominal amount of money, I had to stand on principal and not pay that price. I recommend that you try McDonald's for a larger cup at a more reasonable price or just bring your own so that you are not charged for using theirs. I was surprised by the really nice and different Georgia tees that this store had available at unheard of prices. If you are an NRA advocate, they also have great options for you as well. Pilot truck and fuel stop Braselton has plenty of truck parking. Showers and laundry available. For those gamblers for entertainment there are a few machines for your enjoyment. A heads up to all you guys with commercial cards. This place will not let you pay at the pump or go inside and pre pay. Apparently I have to take my gas truck to a diesel pump to get my card to work. And this made perfect sense to the DUMB A&@ manager behind the counter. Then he claimed this is a pilot policy not to accept commercial cards at the gas pump. This was news to me since 5 hours earlier I filled my truck up at a pilot with no problems. There is a racetrac across the street that had no problems taking my money. I suggest hitting them up for a fill up, and the employees weren't total morons either. read more
