Once again another shitty Pilot truck stop where there laundry is broke. This place is getting worse than the Road Rangers

Stopped in for the night but decided it was better to get diesel first before pulling around back and parking my truck. Well heck after getting 210 gallons of diesel I pulled out and found that all the parking was taken and some drivers had to get clever on parking just so they could fit as well. Really sucked to be perfectly honest because after 10hrs I wasn't taking the chance of running out of clock looking for a spot for the night. But after sitting there for 45 minutes a truck way in the back pulled out and I was in luck. Early morning shower was nice and clean. Don't stop for gas at Cordele GA, they are crooks. Stopped for gas on way home from Florida. When I got home there was an additional charge $151.00 on my credit card. read more

We stopped here for a much needed break. They had clean restrooms. They also had really great fountain soda. This rest stop is large and very easy to navigate. read more

Pilot Travel Center - the front of the building - Gas Stations Near Me - Cordele, Georgia

Road trip means two things, you are gonna need gas, and you are gonna want a clean bathroom. Well, this stop came up on gasbuddy.com as having the cheapest gas and we just hoped for the best on the bathrooms. I was shocked that a 32oz soda was 1.60, but I am use to having QT's and Racetrack 69cents sodas at my disposal. Lots of people were in buying lottery tickets, so I got one too. They always say you are more apt to win at one of these locations that the ones located in the metropolitan areas. No such luck this time for me. read more

This place has an Arby's attached. I did t eat there but I did hit the restrooms and they were clean for both men and women. Lots of snacks and about 20 pumps to get gas. Ice and propane tanks available on the outside as well. read more

We are a travel family and are driving from Florida to Utah. Needed a shower and some breakfast. I'll be the first to admit that I've never considered taking a shower at a Pilot. I was going to wait until we stopped tonight at our rv spot this evening. But when the bathrooms were closed for cleaning, there was a very nice gentleman who opened up a shower room for my daughter and I go to the bathroom. I was quickly surprised at how spotless and nice the shower was, so I told my fam of 4 that we should shower. The lady at the register was so kind and helpful. Signed us up for a Pilot card, which gave us a free shower - made the purchase cheaper for us. The gentleman from before gave my daughter and I the largest bathroom to shower in, and gave us extra towels for our hair, also. Super kind the whole time, very nice manners. Both employees said goodbye and wished us safe travels on our way out. Plus, they had Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that we microwaved, which my kids both love. This Pilot gave us everything we needed and more. Seriously the best experience possible, especially from a gas station! read more

50/50 review wishing I had a half star. My husband reserved a spot in their premium parking for $15 for his semi truck so we had a guaranteed spot for when we arrived. Well, the spot was taken.. go figure. When we went inside and explained we had paid for a spot we basically walked out with a free shower and a really rough spot to try and fit the flat bed truck into. Clearly they didn't want to address a sleeping trucker. Well, we needed sleep too and we paid for it! They need to have a better system with the app that truckers use reserve/pay in advance! Put a cone In the spot with the company name on it and block the spot. Like hello, it's really not difficult. When truckers clocks run out it's for a reason, a safety reason and they can't drive. So yah paying $15 for a "premium spot" I was really annoyed. This was the second location in two days we ran into the exact issue. Y'all in corporate need to fix things. Maybe some parking lot attendants to monitor spots or like mentioned a simple cone. The showers were amazing by the way. So clean, I was actually shocked. This place is not well kept. The ladies bathroom was dirty and in need of some repairs. The convenience store part was ok, except when going to check out I noticed the clerks were waving their hands back and forth to wave away little bugs. Yuck! Then the Arby's attached was not good. Our food had problems. So, I wouldn't go there unless you have to. read more

We made a quick stop here during a road trip. Pretty decent truck stop with an Arby's inside. We didn't eat there, but it looked pretty popular and well maintained. The inside of the store was huge with a lot of variety. Lots of gas pumps outside, as well. The only thing I wish would have been better were the bathrooms. I'm not sure about the gasoline, but the truck stop part is dirty. Walk along the diesel pumps, a couple were out-of-order, the truck parking lot looks like a trash pile, not to mention the toxic puddles (oil, grease, diesel, other truck chemicals, mixed with rain water). Several old semi tires piled in a corner. Basically, skip this Pilot and go to ANY others along I-75. read more

Typical Pilot Travel Ctr, busy 24/7 great coffee and drink bar. We travel in motor home, this Pilot is near our home and we use it when traveling south on I-75. I have noticed that at night and certain other times it appears that staff are unwilling to pump propane and routinely tell customers the propane pump is broke. As we have accounts with Pilot and use their facilities often, the frequency of "broken" pumps is unusual to say the least. My opinion is that this facility needs to kick someone in the butt and get them moving. Otherwise this rating would be at least a four star plus. read more

Me and Pilot got it going on for Gas and Coffee! No matter where you are if you see a billboard for Pilot travel Centers on the highway you know you can count on a nice, safe, clean facilities visit. A fair gas price, good food, anything under the sun in their stores and a trucker you can ask information on the highway conditions ahead for many miles. read more

Bad place diesel spilled in fuel lanes . Limited men's toilets. Had to wait. 3 clerks stood behind counter chattering and were bothered I had to pay for my drink . They did not ask me to swipe my pilot card for discount even though I had it displayed. I only stop here when it is on company fuel route. Oh yeah and overpriced fountain drinks .
