Pulled off the highway with low gas, a full bladder, and exactly zero patience--and there it was: a shining beacon of road trip salvation. Pilot. Stepping inside felt like hitting the jackpot of gas stations. The smell of hot coffee and those addictive cinnamon pretzels hit me right in the face. One side of the store had energy drinks stacked like a neon shrine; the other had more snacks than a movie theater. I grabbed a beef jerky stick longer than my arm and a Diet Coke the size of a toddler. The bathrooms? Surprisingly clean. Like, "I can actually touch the sink without flinching" clean. Someone was mopping while I was in there--an actual human who looked like they cared. It was beautiful. Back at the pump, I used the app like some kind of futuristic fuel wizard. Touchless payment, reward points, the whole deal. Filled up, stocked up, cleaned up--and rolled out feeling like I had just hit the gas station version of a spa. read more

Their hot chocolate was incredibly watered down and overpriced. Over $2 for a small watered down hot-chocolate. There were no other options for me as all the other flavors (including flavored coffees) were out of order. Then, when i was checking out there was no option to check out with an employee, only self checkout. I had to grab another cup to check out since the barcode is on the side of the cup and I didnt want to spill my cup. read more

This stop is always busy,but I love how clean the restrooms are and the self checkout is available if needed or you may use the associates who are very friendly. This location always have my favorite chips Zapps cajun dill, but I wish they sold the big papa pickle in the pouch instead of the OH snaps pouch. There is a Wendy's connected to the store. They are slow to prep your food but they are quick with check out. The food was fresh and hot. They also have a Cinnabon made fresh of that's your thing. read more

Yuk! The shelves weren't stocked very well, thus the mints I wanted were empty, but the empty display carton was still on the shelf. The restroom was nasty. The self check out area was a mess, with plastic bags all over. Overall, it wasn't clean at all and rather gross. read more

Got the mini Cinnabon's at the Cinnabon located in this pilot travel center. Fresh out of the oven, they were warm and soft! Great turnover at this location. Got a survey on my receipt for a free center of roll Cinnabon, no purchase necessary so was a good value to get two items for only around $4. Would visit again. read more

My favorite stop whenever I have to come across the bridge. Good coffee and has a Wendy's and Subway built in. Good stuff!

The men's bathroom was beyond a mess. Truckers clean up after yourself. The rest stops are closed on I40 and many restaurants in Dixon, but that is no excuse Pilot does not keep their bathroom clean. Truckers quit being slobs and help out. read more

My experience here was TERRIBLE. Not only were the employees short and rude with costumers but the local people I had the pleasure of coming across were incredibly disgusting. While waiting in line I had a man say very racist remarks behind me about another gentlemen in the store, I had two guys cat call me, and then watched the same two guys down 2 beers and get in their vehicle to drive. (I could not leave or else I would have called the cops and followed them, I still feel guilty that I didn't.) Because of the people alone I would AVOID AT ALL COST. Jackson was a much nicer stop. I'm giving it 2 Stars instead of 1 because it is conveniently located by the highway. read more

I stopped at this Pilot on a Thursday and a Sunday in the same week, and both days were very busy at the gas pumps with long lines of cars. It appears to me there is not enough room between the pumps, the building and the road for cars to wait and it is a very tight turn if you are towing a large trailer to go around the pumps back to the road. There is much traffic congestion around the pumps due to people leaving their car at the pump to go pay or potty or get a drink. Use much caution when fueling up here. Price for fuel was average for the area. I did not go inside. read more

Yes, it's your typical Pilot. The food options are slim and the showers usually suck but this one is an exception. Not only do the showers have excellent water pressure, they are clean and the attendees had no problem giving us extra towels. They even do it with a smile. They have a Wendy's, a Cinnabon and across the road is a Cracker Barrel and a Ruby Tuesday. There is also a small bar called Sandilly's within walking distance that looks a bit shady but has decent burgers. Truck parking is rough at this Pilot. The lot fills up fast and whatever you do, do NOT park at the Mechanic's shop across the street. You'll get booted out, bright and early. I look forward to stopping here for a good shower. read more

Awesome staff. Extremely friendly and super helpful. I wanted to get something for my mom and Vicky recommended one of the Tennessee shot glasses for $3.99. The bathroom and showers were clean. There's an Arby's and a Cinnabon inside. read more

***DON'T GAS UP AT PILOT*** Stopped in Dickson, TN for the night and topped off my gas tank in the morning with 9 gallons of premium for $27 and paid with my credit card at the pump. I checked my credit card that evening to find I was charged $27 + $151!!! I called the manager to find out what was going on and was told it was Pilot policy to preauthorize $151, WTF! Manager offered me the corp 800 number to call them. Forget that! There is no excuse to preauthorize a credit card for $151 when you're gasing up a sedan with a 15-gallon tank. Absolutely outrageous and completely unacceptable. I will NEVER USE PILOT EVER AGAIN. They should be called Pirates. read more

disgusting. repulsive. i knew to never trust a wendy's in a gas station. the man at the register had major mood swings. one second he was like "why don't you have a wallet? you know, wallets are really cool. you should get one." and the next he was like "wow look at the dog!" like wow. my dog and i have more productive conversations. my friend had a dollar with a rip and he WOULD NOT accept it. he also needed a haircut. 2 stars are generous, and only because they were quick. the friend to the left of me found a HAIR in her nuggets (that was obviously his) he also forced a LARGE water in my hand. sir, do you understand how badly my urge to pee will be on this 5 hour trip? my father will hear about this. read more
