Congratulations, you just lost a business. Every week my co driver and I always stop on the way to Greensboro and otw back to Rialto to fill up diesel for our Fedex Ground truck. this morning at about 5:15 am, I went to the cashier to get the diesel because it didn't work outside. Your cashier, a young guy, with curly black hair is so rude. He kept telling me to tone down. I explained to him that truck drivers tend to talk louder than other people, but he insisted to tone down. If he cannot stand on truck drivers he should find another job. We won't fill up diesel at this store any more. read more

This location is a smaller, dated version of the many Love's Stops we have a grown accustomed to. The service is friendly and helpful, but it feels like the staffing may be below necessary levels. The bathrooms were in dire need of a cleaning and there was a lot of items needing restocking at the grab and go fast food item area where one staffer was working very hard to replenish and refill items. The soda fountain/ice machine made me very nervous; when getting ice, some nuggets would come out with a reddish pink liquid on them. There may have been fruit punch or some other contaminant. read more

Our truck had a coolant hose that was squirting coolant out the top! Finally got into the shop after sitting on the side of the road for 8 hours waiting for a shop out of Nashville who said they would fix the problem! Bone, the mechanic, found the problem, found the hose in Memphis, ordered it and the next day we were fixed and on our way. The McDonald's & Subway were clean & employees friendly. The entire experience was so satisfying & this Loves is very clean with good diesel. read more

During our long trips on the Interstate we like to stop at Love's. It's like something we look forward to! This Love's has a dog park so our dog can stretch and take care of business. We specifically stop where there is a dog park. The dog parks are enclosed in fencing as well! We fill up our tank, let our dog out, stretch and then get back on the road. Love's is a must for long interstate drives! I would recommend this location! read more

There was this lady (karen) working there. I was looking what to eat and did not find anything. As i was walking to my truck she approached me saying to empty out my pockets with a security. I was so lost because i did not take anything. She was getting me mad asking me all this dumb questions. Looking all stupid in front of me. I asked her to check my pockets. And she denied. The McDonald's here is the worst McDonald's ever. I waited forever in line to order and no one would help me. It's as if i was invisible. Everyone else was served except me. The employees here must be racist. Even after i told the lady working as the cashier i was waiting to place my order, she still totally ignored me. Excellent service at checkout. Very friendly staff and bathrooms are extremely clean. My sister left her backpack in the bathroom and they were nice enough to hold it for over 24 hours for us to come back and retrieve it. We always choose Love's when stopping off at the interstate. Had to make a pit stop and to let me son use bathroom. Normally I'm sure this is probably an okay stop but not today. The bathrooms are a mess and toilets weren't flushing. Little known fact: I love truck stops. I mean, you can get almost anything your road trip heart desires. Some are better than others depending on brand, location, and traffic. This Love's is right of the exit heading west. During my stop early on a Friday morning the place was pretty busy. I didn't need gas and it was tricky to find a parking spot in front of the building. The restrooms are clean! I grabbed a couple of sodas and used the microwave (also very clean) to warm up my snack and headed back down the road. It was a good experience and a nice opportunity to stretch my legs. read more

Who knew you could get rude service from a place called "Love's". If you've ever been to any travel stop (Travel Authority, or Flying J), you've been to Love's. The only difference is that this location features a snarky and impolite cashier named Heather. If you see her, get in another line to grab your coffee and/or red bull. Love's has snacks, energy drinks, coffee, phone chargers, batteries, and anything else you could need on the road. On the upside, the servers at Subway were so nice. When you're out on the roadway and you need a clean restroom late at night, it's nice to see a love's truckstop sign glowing in the distance. That was the case on this night. I had drunk my fill of caddyshack peace tea and my bladder was ready to burst. It was a well lit fuel stop with reasonably clean restrooms. I grabbed a coffee and was back on the road in a few minutes. Both cashiers greeted me as I cancer the door which really surprised me. The coffee was fresh and decent. Good place to stop. read more

Nice open parking for trucks. Easy to maneuver around. The lay out from the fuel islands to the parking was well thought out and is easy to access with oversized configurations. However, be for warned access from the interstate is tight and very busy from four wheeler traffic. The store is clean and the showers are nice. The store itself is rather small but it's nice. The staff was friendly and outgoing with the customers. One of the better stops in this area. read more

shady as i'll get out. the actual place was fairly clean, but the people inside were all creepy. we stopped by the mcdonald's inside for my brother, who is a picky eater, and the fries tastes like old potato chips. the burger was what you would expect from a regular mcdonald's burger. at least they got his order right. next we went to the subway. the bread on my sister's sandwich was crunchy. yuck. the sweet tea was bland. my meatball sub was mediocre at best. the worker was kind so i'll give her that. we will definitely avoid this location next time we travel. read more
